Building amenities include laundry facilities on each floor and an elevator. Pets are welcome with an additional fee based on stay length, collected separately. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. For even more adventure, hop on the Canal Street streetcar and discover the Garden District, the riverfront, and beyond. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
