The fully equipped and stocked kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee essentials, toaster, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking oil. A starter kit with basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, broom and dustpan is provided. There is also a washer and dryer onsite, including an iron and ironing board. An EV charging outlet equipped for 220V is available (bring your own power adapter). Pet stays are welcome with a fee of $10 per night per pet. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, based on availability. Mid-stay cleaning is offered for stays longer than 30 days or upon request; an additional fee may apply. The neighborhood is a quiet, brand new subdivision minutes from the loop and with easy access to downtown Temple, Baylor Scott and White main campus in Temple, Temple College, and all the neighboring communities. You're a 2-minute drive to the nearby highway with easy access to the rest of Temple. Exterior-only security cameras (garage and front door) are present for your safety. Parties will incur a $1,000 fine, smoking will incur a $500 fine plus the cost to remove the odor, and unauthorized visitors will incur a $50 per occupant fine. No undisclosed pets are allowed; undisclosed pets will incur an additional $50 per pet per day penalty. Guests must sign and return a rental agreement 48 hours prior to check-in, or before arrival for last-minute bookings. For stays longer than 1 month, you agree to a background check. You will be charged for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests.
