No cats and dogs are allowed in the house, unless special permissions are granted, and there is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived in writing. There is a $250 charge for unauthorized parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 7 days a week. You will be charged a $500 replacement fee if you were given a parking pass and it was not returned. Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check.
