This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. There is a $150 lost key fee. Our dedicated team provides personalized, responsive guest services and values your privacy through self check-in/out and an extensive Welcome Packet and Neighborhood Guide delivered electronically and in each unit. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent 3 days prior to arrival.
