Woodway is situated just five miles outside of Waco, and is a vast residential area that provides a peaceful setting near the conveniences of the city. Lake Waco to the north is obviously a prominent calling card for the area, as it’s the easiest way to beat the Texas in summer. With US-84 and I-35 nearby, Woodway commuters can get to Waco, Dallas-Forth Worth, or Austin easily.
