Building requires both a tenant evaluation and the signing of a lease agreement. The non-refundable application fee is $50 per person (ages 18 and above). However, if you are married and provide a copy of your marriage certificate, the total fee is $50 per couple instead of $100. An additional $45 per-application fee would be incurred if expedited processing is required. This has to be paid directly to the application vendor via their online portal. Our apartment is uniquely designed to maximize space. It has an open, clean and modern feel, but is still warm and inviting. The apartment features many mirrors which makes the place feel infinite, as well as maximizes the stunning views. There is built-in art through mosaics, as well as original lit up painting by the owner and architect, Paul Balev. His apartments all have their unique features and are quite magical, practical and well thought out. Two people can work in this space and have complete privacy closing both doors as if having separate offices. The same goes for having guests in this one bedroom that can convert into two bedrooms.
