There is laundry facilities on the common grounds. Apartment is located inside a state park at Admiral's Hill. It's a beautiful and very safe location. It's next to water and good for active life stylers as there are tennis courts, jogging paths and swimming pool (small fee is applicable). Looking for a long term renter. Must be able to provide documentation on income. Background checks will be conducted as needed. No pets due to the historical preservation of the unit.
