If you are sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs is recommended. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. Please avoid loud noises, especially during nighttime, as this is a residential building. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out may be available for an additional cost with 24 hours' notice. Deliveries from Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, or similar services are not permitted at the property address. Any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee.
