Spoke with the staff here at The lofts at 2025 and they were friendly and very knowledgeable. Magdalyn was very knowledgeable of the amenities and the area. Gave a thorough tour of the building. I would highly recommend the area. Can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness.

Extremely sketchy application process and appalling behavior from the staff at this complex. Look at other sites - their ratings dip below two stars everywhere else for a reason.
Be careful applying to this property! I did an application and didn’t move in! They said they were processing a refund but it took months on end, so their staff told me to dispute it. Guess what, I dispute it, so they opened a collection saying I owe them their application fees which read refundable and was advised by their staff.
I have a modern apartment with all the amenities. I enjoy the shower. Love the Kitchen sink ,new fridge, and dishwasher. I also enjoy the meeting rooms, both private and non-private. Free Wi-Fi available in meeting rooms.. This quiet place, is great for study and mindfulness. The lounge has a complete bar. I've played on pool tables. Video games, including MS Pac Man and Galaxy available!! There is an opportunity to make 2-week payments, if needed!! I've nearly completed my lease and I'm thinking of signing another year before buying my first New Home. Parking is plentiful. Handicap parking can be a challenge, although the Office is there to assist, when needed. I trust your experience is just as pleasant.
I have tried to talk to someone for a week after applying. No call or email returned. I even called the property management number and they have failed to help. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY APPLYING HER!!!!!!
No communication, completely unprofessional. They will take your money and not contact you. The process takes months! They will dodge your calls if they know your #. This is all happening to me currently.

i viewed the house 2 weeks ago , paid my fees and did the application. the application fee 85 and administrative fee 350 way higher then showed on here. if they gone have almost 500 of my money i would like better communication. i told them i was moving to atlanta and needed to move asap. i got one text saying i paid the fees and needed to finish the app which i did already and that was last week wednesday and i haven’t gotten a response since! either give me my money back or communicate i could be using the 500 to move some where else. i don’t have time for this and the dont answer the phone , you can’t even leave a voice message

Hotel living for apartment prices. Brand New everything! Think small hotel suite. Five star amenities. Rooftop bar and many other huge common areas including fitness center and work spaces. The inside of the apartments are cozy yet cool with all new construction on the interior. The leasing team is receptive accommodating and helpful. I use to live here 16 years ago and the only way I could tell that this was the same building is by the literal shape of the building. I can't wait to move in!
Crime is really bad here..people get robbed and shot the hallways...
Ashamed to let people visit my apt. Trash everywhere and the smell, inside and out, is bad...
Worst place I've ever lived . somebody got robbed next to me and shot above me. The whole building went without any hot water for 4 days and without water completely for 2 days . Mold and roaches are abundant . Elevators are ALWAYS out of order Don't waste the time or money . the only good thing about this place is the utilities are free
This place is horrible: roaches that they don't tell you about, violence and drugs everywhere, full on rat colonies out back. The only good thing about this place is the location and the utilities. Please do not live here unless you HAVE to. The management are incompetent and rude. They entered my apartment without my consent multiple times. If you need help at night, forget about getting the on-call manager.
The Building needs major rehab on all floors it would be nice if they had 2&3 bedrooms instead of just studios and one bedrooms . needs painting , drywalling ,ceiling tiles , and other repairs
I love the office staff at my apartment. They are very helpful and fix any problems I may have in my apartment. We have washing machines to wash clothes , so you dont have to go to a laundry mat. I also love area that my apartments are located in. There is a Cavs, fresh market, and hospital in walking distance. Fellow neighbors are cool as well. I love it here!
