Rated 5 out of 5?by Army1 Great Place to Live Read the first review and agree that the transition to Telcom has been rough.... BUT.... the Avondale Staff is working very hard to fix all issues. In my opinion TELCOM is the problem and not Avondale. My wife and I have lived at Avondale for 13 months and just extended for another year. The complex is well laid out and the staff is excellent. Having your own garage is a plus not found in many apartment complexes. The area is quiet and I think safer than most. Would and have recommended to many others. Check Avondale out...I think you will like what you see! February 22, 2013

Well was right, from the nice stuff that will help you with anything to the friendly neighbors all around. This is a great place to have the quiet, beautiful way of life. The apartments are clean and kept maintained to great condition . I have lived to two type of apartments here and both were what i was looking for! February 21, 2013

They are located in the perfect location everything is less than a 15 minute drive away, from colleges to a mall its all there. Its GREAT! !!!!!! February 21, 2013

But I have lived here since December 2012 and my telephone, internet and cable service have not ever worked properly that is provided through Telcom. The telephones go dead 5 or 6 times a day and the cable loses signal every 3 to 5 minutes. And the tenants do not have a choice to use any other service providers. February 20, 2013
