It has been a great experience having an apartment at The Westerly. Location is great. Grounds are kept in great shape. Notifications from the office are frequently sent and informative and helpful.

I'm a retired Franklin real estate agent, and I decided to sell my home and not buy a condo. I thought I would rent an apt here before making a final decision as to which condo community I would reside. I love it here. My family loves the fact that I'm happy here. Open invites to guests at pool with no fees or special permissions necessary makes life relaxing and friendly. Puppy patience & tolerence makes owning a pet a joy. Wonderful walking areas on the premises and in the Franklin Forest backyard, here.

I’ve lived in Franklin all my life and sold real estate here for 40 years. I was familiar with all of the communities except The Westerly at Forge Park. Once I drove in and was provided a complete tour, I was sold. It was an “easy sell,”

I would highly recommend The Westerly at Forge Park. The entire property is clean and the amenities are top notch compared to other apartments. The apartment appliances are new and the apartments itself are spacious.

We just moved in less than a week ago and we absolutely love the Westerly community. The staff is kind and helpful, and the unit is beautifully updated.

The grounds are intelligently planned so that the community may choose to engage or maintain a certain level of personal space and privacy, along their walks outdoors. A horse shoe shape is offered, but not imposed on every block, so that we may choose our journey on foot with canine or other companion.

A wonderful place to live! Management and maintenance are great!

I am very happy living at the Westerly at Forge Park.

I’ve been living here going on 3 yrs now, and I must say the customer service and the greetings are not the same as the previous management. Things have really changed here and not for the better. The leasing consultants are very rude, they are not helpful and the customer service is terrible, they always seem like someone is bothering them and just filled with attitudes, they act like they don’t want to help anyone, they are rude over phone, everything is a fee they are not welcoming, and it makes people feel uncomfortable to the point to avoid going to the leasing office. When I first moved here I loved it the people were nice and friendly, Made things accommodating, very helpful, had patience, and listened to peoples concerns. Now I have mixed feelings about this place and just feel like it will be time to move soon.

I love living here. The staff is amazing, always friendly, professional, communicative, and helpful. Maynor has completed all of my maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Jackie is the reason I live here and I call her my angel. Emily is lovely, personable, friendly, and helpful. I always feel like she cares as she is happy to share the resources. Brandon is always eager and ready to help. All of the staff here is amazing and I will miss them when I move.

It is a good place. Feels safe. Location is convenient. Apartment is clean.

We are enjoying being residents of The Westerly at Forge Park. The apartment itself is very nice, bright, modern and clean. The other residents are kind and always very pleasant when you see them in the hallways and elevator. The leasing office and maintenance staff are consummate professionals. We are so pleased we chose to live here.

It is a nice and pleasant community to live at. Emily is an awesome manager, she manages the property well. Paul and Maynor give a top notch maintenance repair service whenever a request is placed. They usually respond within the same day. Overall, I am happy with my residential experience. Would highly recommend The Westerly at Forge park!

The apartments at Westerly at Forge Park offers a safe, quiet, clean and comfortable apartment with the feel of a community. The apartment has everything we need and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff here is amazing and so helpful! Everyone is so friendly and gives a sense of community.

grounds are very nice. club house and pool area are very nice. Pool could stay open a bit longer than it does. Hallway carpets are not kept clean. Cars should NOT be able to park directly in front entrance/exits.

Apartments are very nice and beautiful but very poor management. Unprofessional office employees.

Our experience at the Westerly has been wonderful, from the apartment tour, through the leasing process and moving in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We needed a pet friendly apartment and were fortunate that there was something available. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities that we needed. It feels safe and is well maintained.

Ive enjoyed my experience at the Westerly, so far, and so has my pet as we interact with the pet friendly community here...

An extremely professional staff and a quality complex where you feel at home

We've only been here a short time and we already love it here. It's quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the interiors are gorgeous. We hope to be here for a long time.

Me and my girls love it here at the Westerly. In the summer we enjoy the pool in the autumn we love to sit by the fire place and enjoy roasting marshmallows making smores.

Moving here has been a wonderful experience. The apartments and other areas are perfect and pet friendly. The staff are great also. Need a peaceful place, I totally recommend The Westerly at Forge Park.

Since new management of The Westerly has taken over, I couldnt be happier living at the apartments. Been here almost 2 years now! The Maintenance her is quick and responsive to all our needs and always have a smile on their faces. With all the snow we have been getting they have been so prompt in making sure all sidewalks, parking spaces and roads are maintained and free of ice. Better yet the apartments are very dog friendly :)

Clean and well appointed units in a new development featuring great amenities and a top-notch team. Close to both the highway and the train its located in a rural setting with shopping less than 5 min. distance. Home is where you make it but its easier to make a home when all that doing so necessities is so readily availble.

Well managed, conveniently located apartment complex. All the amenities you could need and a management team that truly cares about the resident experience.

We are very pleased with our decision to rent a two-bedroom apartment at the Westerly at Forge Park. Good service from maintenance when needed, friendly staff and residents, and a pleasant setting.
