Eiber is a historic neighborhood about three miles northwest of Belmar, Lakewood’s downtown district. Eiber was originally an orchard and residents honor the neighborhood’s roots by valuing sustainability. The neighborhood association hosts a variety of green events and projects like community gardens and seed swaps. Eiber’s townhomes, condos, houses, and apartments are complemented by lush parks and incredible views of the Rocky Mountains. Residents have access to plenty of restaurants, stores, and bars, especially along Colfax Avenue, the longest commercial thoroughfare in the nation. Along with a close-knit community and abundant amenities, renters are attracted to Eiber for its top-notch schools and proximity to Downtown Denver, which is only seven miles away.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Zephyr Line
Management is wonderful! If you are disabled and a good self-advocate for your needs, they will give you prompt service and truly strive to accommodate. I toured a unit earlier this year, luxurious is the best way to explain it: large washer/dryer, very spacious floor plans, and giant walk-in closets. Along with central AC and heat, you get an individual hallway heating system right by the front door for those frigid days. You can tell they put much care in maintaining the upkeep of the units and property grounds. The only reason I don't give this excellence is the lack of security. Anyone could literally walk on to the property and up the stairs to a unit. I believe the acquisition of security gates with a key or an electronic key card should be given to each resident. Overall, the property, units, and management are outstanding.
