I feel at home here it’s nice an quite the apartment managers are great very attentive I’d recommend this apartment complex

Before I could never get a response, the new people managing are better at answering the phones and responding to things. The pool is big and nice and I am ready to the see how they keep it this summer. I’ll renew again

Quiet place to live. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean apartments.

I am very jappy with the new management and the office staff. They are amazing and very helpful to work with. Maintenance work very hard to keep the property nice and clean, love it!

When I first arrive i thought it would be great, until the property manager came into the picture, she is very unprofessional she has no idea what she is doing I spoke with a number of other people who applied here and said they canceled because the property manager is not knowledgeable at all she is definitely in over her head all she do is snap pics of her self all day and post on fb, I will be calling her corporate office and wont stop until I talk to the owners of this property because there are a number of people who are unhappy at the treatment from the property manager of this property as well as her lack of talking to people with respect if her leasing agent isn't there she locks the office, so that she doesn't have to deal with residents and other people who may stop by.

Office staff has excellent customer service. Informative and knowledgeable.

Wow this is a great property I was there just yesterday and I found out about this place by a flyer. The staff was great and the property is very nice I cannot wait to be able to move in. If you are looking for a new place to live i recommend to everyone.

I visited the property today and had a great experience. Though it was horrible weather with all the rain, the staff was more than helpful with showing me an apartment. I recommend everyone to go take a look at the property. Sadly, I am not able to move there, as they do not have a three bedroom available, but my brother is leasing next week for their new upgraded two bedrooms. Great management! Thank you!

I got a Flyer so I came and checked the place out. The staff was great the apartments complex itself was very clean nice unites I am moving here in the next few months. Its is shame that some of these people talk so bad about this place I give you 5 Stars and can't wait to be able to move in.

Very impressed with the changes! I visited before and I wasn’t impressed but I will be applying tomorrow! Place and staff are like night and day compared to when i first visited.

Wow, the new owners and management have done some really great upgrades to the apts inside! New carpets new plank flooring new appliances, ceiling fans in the bedrooms the apts look beautiful inside and the improvements to the parking lots and the out side of the apt buildings are also new, managent and new owners have put some serous changes for the good! Thanks, Management and owners for turning this place around. 5 stars for work in progress!

I have lived at this property for many years. I was moved in under the old name and management. There has been many positive changes since the name has changed. The new staff is cleaning up this place. She is not playing around and the rules are finally being implemented. This has been a bumpy road but now my family and I see the light at the end of the tunnel . I want to say thank you to the new staff.

I know that Garden Gate wish that used to be called has a bad reputation but I've seen several management companies come through and this by far as the best they've gotten right on fixing things and updating things I know the parking lots with the potholes are bad but they have fixed some of those already and are working on getting the others fixed omeone someone saide on here some people amazing reviews about trashy people well do these upgrades will help so that less trashy people move in I have a dog here that she is a great dog and they never have any complaints about her there's plenty of places for her to do her business out by the dumpsters and feelings and I'm glad that they have cane in and have been turning things around. listened to us and our feelings about the property upping the rent does the same thing with being betterb tenants

My experience at Oaks of Mustangs Apartments was awesome, from the moment I walked in the office and met Ms. Torey I already felt right at home I knew off top that I didn't have to search anymore. All of the staff were professional and friendly I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice play that is really affordable. Mr. Jimmy Mckinney....

I have been a resident for nine years and have enjoyed living here. I must say that in the past month there has been many changes that have made the appearance beautiful and more welcoming. The parking lot looks amazing. The new staff in the office has been beyond helpful and is really willing to make us feel at home. Anything that was pending has been completed once I brought it to their attention. The staff just had a great Mother's Day resident party which was really nice and showed their appreciation. I believe this is a great place to live and I cannot wait to see all the new changes planned for the near future.

All of the complaints listed here are all true, however I do see improvements. The building really doesn’t look like an old Soviet Union concrete building anymore and they’re moving out of the stone ages by allowing us to make payments online now (which is very convenient). The progress for making improvements has been slow, but at least they’re happening. I have good faith in the new owners, I just hope they also focus on renovating the interior of the apartments as well as the outside. It would be nice if we could install fake wood vinyl or tile in the dining room; carpet is tacky and easily soiled—-especially since they don’t carpet shampooing.

There are feral cats everywhere! I’ve never had so many scratches on my car until I moved here. The cats just love to sleep on the cars, and people keep feeding them so they stay. They need to be removed! The potholes—-and parking lot in general, are another major problem! Trashy apartments encourage trashy people which these apartments do have (but not everyone is). The trashy ones litter the grounds with trash and food, and the dumpsters are hideously decorated with old furniture. It also takes maintenance WEEKS to make repairs! I’m tired of this place, I can’t wait to get out of my financial situation so I won’t be forced to live here much longer!

I’m writing this review at 10pm on a Thursday. It’s raining and these kids are outside yelling and running up and down the stairs and leaving trash everywhere. These apartments should be making the rent cheaper not increasing the prices. This place is nuts if they think slapping some wood on stuff and posting pictures of the outside with Instagram filters to make the crappy pool look nice they got another thing coming. Litteraly tried to raise my rent from what was in my agreement. I need lower rent with all the noise. And shady individuals they let move into here. Why do I have to be worried if my wife is going to make it back from the dumpsters while throwing away trash at night. This place should be condemned

I am a current resident at the end of my lease and thank God this place is terrible and disgusting. Let's start with the latest that sewage was backed up into the courtyard and terrible pothole riddled parking lot, and there has been NO effort to clean it up. The common balcony walkways seem to be a playground for the number of unsupervised children who climb on the outside of the railing, an accident waiting to happen. Incredibly old unupdated apartments the police are here on calls at least 3 to 4 times a week. Consider yourself warned... Maybe new owners will change things but thus far have NOT kept their word on simple things like getting us new policy booklets then try to implement them when giving letter of intent to move out. Needless to say I probably won't see any of my deposit back.

If you like terrible parking, old unkept apts, ratchet neighbors, and kids running wild trashing things than this is the place for you. Management does NOT seem to care. Maybe the recent change in owners will chage things but I seriously doubt it.

Good place to live. Friendly and attentive staff. Pet friendly. Good neighbors. Lots of open spaces for kids to play. Overall a good experience. ~ Stacy.
