Before moving here, I strongly encourage you to consider the following issues I experienced during my time as a resident: Despite multiple reports, management repeatedly ignored serious concerns, including: • Severe cockroach infestation throughout the apartment, with insects even getting into my unborn baby’s diapers.?• Major safety concerns, including individuals next door frequently engaging in drug-related behavior.?• No mailbox key provided after 8 months of residency.?• Vehicle issues, including my car being hit by other tenants, causing paint damage, and two separate vehicles being towed.?• Paid parking spot not honored, as another tenant intimidated me out of the space while management did nothing.?• Poor insulation, allowing bees to enter the apartment.?• Multiple electrical problems, including outlets that do not work.?• Malfunctioning stove that arcs and repeatedly shuts off.?• AC unit that smokes and frequently fails.?• Cold water in the bathroom that does not function.?• Security issues, including a front door code that was extremely easy to guess and wasn’t changed until 7 months after I asked.?• Back door that does not lock properly. Every issue was reported to management, yet there was no meaningful action or follow-through. I was often told maintenance would be sent, but no one ever came. Additionally, once I notified management that I would be moving, they falsely reported to my new apartment complex that I never informed them of my move-out, even though I clearly did. They also attempted to fill out part of the required paperwork as if they were me, claiming my reason for leaving was “not happy with management” — which was untrue. My actual reason was the unsafe and unlivable conditions. When I tried calling to ask why they would lie and say I didn’t give notice, my calls were ignored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here under any circumstances.
Disappointed that the apartment had a high roach infestation upon just touring. It was a beautiful space just i dont want roaches in my apartment

The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, constantly bumping the music in their cars on the loudest volume during the day AND night, and now the people either below or above us started smoking INSIDE their apartment which is causing the smoke to permeate our room. We had to sleep with the windows open last night, and it barely helped. The ladies who run this place are also NEVER in the office. Do not move here.

This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody! This place is infested with roaches and management is rude! All they care about is you paying your rent and any fees they come up with every month. They are quick to put a notice on your door about the smallest things or when a property inspection is coming up, threatening to evict you. But let you need some type of maintenance done, they will find every excuse to either not do it, or delay it. It amazes me how friendly people will be to get you to sign that lease and then their true colors come out. As far as the roaches, there’s no fixing it. The apartment has been sprayed, bombed, you name it, it’s the complex itself. It’s old and nasty. I hate to see what crawls behind these walls. I’ve killed hundreds of roaches while living here. Didn’t even feel comfortable cooking because they would start crawling from out of cabinets or on top of cabinets and such. It’s just gross and I’m so happy to be moving out this weekend.
dont move in here .. I have lived here since 2004 and the maintenance sucks .. the manger doesnt care about the tenants and they raise the rent by 100 dollars every year .. I have been living in a bed bug, roach infested apartment and they refuse to help me with that, even though I am on social security and cant pay for it myself ... the only reason I dont move is because I cant afford to do that either . I fell down the stairs here and broke my hip last year and they still wont love me to a bottom floor apartment without charging me double .. TRUST me this is a crappy place to live ...
This month makes 2 months I've been living here, and I regret my decision every day that goes by. At the end of December, I had ordered 8 packages but were only able to receive 2 because people kept stealing packages off porches. When I advised the office of this problem I was told they do not have a package service and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, that I needed to start getting them delivered somewhere else. Eventually I just had to get all my items delivered to my job instead of my own home where I pay rent! They also randomly cut the water off without notifying you. It's been plenty of times where I was in the of shower, washing dishes, or cooking and maintenance cut the water and I didn’t know what the issue was until I called the office. So that’s very inconvenient most days. Maintenance is fairly quick to come but slow to actually fix the problem. Last month my breaker box kept going out, which meant my electricity kept going out and is a huge fire hazard because the box also kept spitting out sparks and I informed them of all this. I had to put in 2 requests threw the portal as well as call the office before someone came out to even look at the box. The maintenance guy said he would contact the office because I needed a completely new box. I had to put in one more request and another call before they were able to come back out 4 days later to put a new box in. Another example, my ceiling vent in my living room started leaking sewage water one night. I called maintaince and they were not able to come out until 40 minutes later, the next day I called the office to see if they could check the area for mold and they informed me the maintaince man lives 40 minutes away that’s why it took so long for him to come the previous night. Which is just crazy to me especially if you have an emergency within your apartment. Another big issue is extra people living in the apartments. My upstairs neighbors live in a one bedroom like myself but it’s 4 children, 2 adults, plus a dog and that’s pretty much the case with most tenants here. Theirs’s always kids running in the street to the point you have to honk in order for them to move even when they see you coming. I’m currently looking for a new apartment because I cant see myself staying the full year. SN: A pro to living here is your less than 5 minutes from 635.
