We just moved in and the process was very smooth and everyone was so helpful! We are very happy with our apartment and with all of the amenities the community has to offer.
Location is perfect for our needs. Our 2 bedroom apartment has direct sunlight ALL day. We are especially impressed with and appreciative of the management staff who are always responsive to our calls. We are concerned with the annual rental increases.

I have been living in my current apartment community for a while now, and I can confidently say it has been a great experience. From the moment I moved in, I noticed how well-maintained the property is, with clean common areas and well-kept landscaping. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. One of the best aspects of this community is the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet place, allowing me to relax and feel at home, yet it’s close to essential amenities like grocery stores, parks, and public transportation. The neighbors are respectful, and there is a genuine sense of community here. Additionally, the apartment itself is modern, spacious, and equipped with everything I need. Overall, I am thoroughly enjoying living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

The swimming pool is really good for my children! I haven’t been here long, but I feel safe. The staff are all very friendly, and the kids especially enjoy the pool.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation.
I love living here and it’s so convenient being close to everything. Love is great! I can find love here. It’s close to my church, the highway, the supermarket, pharmacy and Waban. This has turned out to be my hangout spot.
Very well maintained, lovely property with easy access to the train and walking distance to the hospital. A great, convenient place to live.

Too soon to tell but theexperience from first learning about Woodland to signing lease was smooth and easy. The staff has been excellent and the two residents I have met are certainly nice.
Living at Woodland has been a positive experience. The buildings are secure, with access to all entrances, amenities, and garage stairways requiring an apartment key. The T stop right across from the residence is convenient for travel into Boston. Additionally, the maintenance team has been A since I moved in, being quick to respond and incredibly pleasant whenever I've requested assistance-- definitely one of the highlights of this complex!
Great place to live. Have lives here for years and the convenience can’t be beat. Amenities are great and maintenance is prompt. Really glad to live here!

I have been living in the apartment for nine years. I like it because of its closeness to the MBTA station. Their amenities are great (pool and BBQ in summer, freely available wide and clean club room, etc.) However, I feel frustrated with the behavior of the leasing office. One day, they told all the residents about an inspection from an external agency and said some apartments would be randomly selected. Our apartment was pre-selected and inspected before the actual inspection. We took care of the points the leasing office told us to correct. But the other day, they checked again and pointed out other issues they initially didn’t have. We fixed the case again, and they further pointed out another problem. By communicating with other residents, we found that they picked up particular residents repeatedly as we have experienced. Also, one of the maintenance guys is too arrogant and looking down on us. I feel disappointed with such recent experiences.
Pretty solid. Nice amenities. The garage is very nice as it's inside with no openings. It allows the cars not to be affected by weather. The staff are very accommodating and extremely fast with the maintenance. My only complaint is the gym. Overall pretty solid but it's just missing a squat rack which would complete the gym experience. Would love a squat rack though!
Great community and management. Easy to access almost all of Boston via green line. Surrounded by ample greenspace. I'm glad I found this gem in Newton.
Very pleasant! There are a lot of accomodations, and the staff is always nice, giving and polite. I just counted 10 years last month since I have been living here. I like it because it is dog accessible and the pool is very refreshing!
Great complex with family friendly amenities including pool, playground and lounging area. Maintenance is prompt. We have been living here for around 4 years and it has been great.

Great amenities. Staff great. The workout equipment is alright. Not a lot for legs. A squat rack would be nice. The clubroom is very nice as well but not as accessible after work hours as that would be the most convenient.

Woodland Station Apartments is great place to live. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are fantastic. The property is always well maintained and managed. Having the T so close is a huge convivence making getting around town and in and out of the city so easy. It is a commuters dream location.
