Property Ratings at Woodfield Garden Apartments
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is infested with roaches and mice. They charge you for pest control and don't even have them come spray your place. Don't waste your money here. Cheap isn't always the best decision.
I moved here last year and honestly, although the neighborhoods surrounding it may seem "unsafe" this particular neighborhood is so quiet, everyone is nice (for the most part) and you will always see kids playing which gives a sense of security. The one bedrooms are a nice size (although I wish the kitchen was bigger lol) When i first moved in, I wasnt in a renovated apartment. There were lots of issues but it wasnt renovated so it wasnt a lot that they could do BUT Norma ALWAYS tries to help as best she could (Norma is the property manager and she is absolutely AMAZING!) Also, The first apartment I was in didn't have a big bug problem probably because it was on the 3rd floor, however on the 1st floor I do have a bug problem BUT FORTUNATELY, 90% of the time when i see bugs in the apartment, their dead or dying. They come and spray about once a month or so (which is mandatory). The only complaint I do have is neighbors (not that big of a deal though because everyone is different) but in the first apartment, nobody complained about the garbage sitting outside our doors or music. After i moved to a different building I got complaints on music being loud and trash being outside the door for a few hours. It's not too far away from UNCC probably about 10 mins. 20 mins away from Johnson and Wales/Uptown Charlotte. Lots of good food places around, Walmart is 10 mins away as well. All in all, I think it's absolutely a fantastic place especially since this is my first apartment. As a note, the renovated apartments (in my opinion) look WAAAAY better in person! pictures don't do it justice.
We are located in a central area of town, with easy access to where I work. The community is taken care of and the staff is nice and friendly. We have had one typical maintenance concern (clogged toilet)and it was fixed within a day. I like that I can pay my rent online, because my work schedule makes it hard to get to the office.
Moved in a little over 3 months ago and love my renovated apartment. The community stays clean and the staff is friendly. I like the location, it's far enough off the street to be quiet but close enough to get to the bus stop.
I moved to Woodfield Gardens about a year ago and really like it. The grounds are very clean and the staff is very helpful. I did have one minor maintenance issue with my new apartment when I moved it, but it was taken care of very quickly. Nice place to live, large apartments and rent that I can afford for a centrally located community.
I have lived at Woodfield for over a year and have been very happy. They are a very professional staff and keep the community clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for us, close to our jobs and the bus line if we ever need it.
My apartment is big enough for me to live and move in and live with my family.love. the environment it's friendly and I feel safe in the community
