Property Ratings at Woodbrook Apartment Homes
This is the worst apartment I have ever been to. They have my baby sitter vehicle towed. When I called the supervisor/ manager he told me that visitor cannot stay more than two days. The sitter come in the morning and leave in the evening. They are basically saying as a working class person I cannot have a baby sitter or my sitter need to change vehicles every two days. These people deserve. If you are planning to rent you cannot have a visitor for no more two days.

I moved to Woodbrook about a year and a half ago, for the 3rd time. Why do I keep coming back? Because from the first night I spent here, in 2003, it has felt like home. I wish I had never left. It is convenient to everything and anywhere I need to go. When you live in an apartment, you have to realize that there are certain things that go along with that choice. Yes, there is a fair amount of noise, but you become used to it and after a while, you don't notice it anymore. To have good neighbors, you have to BE a good neighbor. To get along with management and maintenance, you have to follow the rules, which are put in place to keep the community safe and decent looking. Since I've been here this time, there have been a lot of improvements. Kitchens have been upgraded; a dog park has been added; outdoor lighting on the buildings has been much improved. I would say I would live here a 4th time, but I'm not leaving this time for any reason.

We saw that there were 2 apartments available that are 3 bedrooms. Drove 45 minutes to see them and was told that those were already rented and no more available until mid June.

Our family moved to Woodbrook while building a house. The construction took much longer than anticipated, so we were at Woodbrook for quite a while. The apartments were big and the price was great! Most importantly, the management staff was wonderful! They were always willing to help, and worked with us in extending our lease! Any time we had a question, they were there to help us! While we never had to call maintenance, they were also friendly. My favorite thing at Woodbrook- the pool and planned activities!
I went to visit this property today and I left immediately without even walking into the leasing office. I can tell just from driving through this place it wasn't worth the waste of time. It was the total opposite of the nice pictures that are on the website. I should have known the prices were too good to be true but you get what you pay for ¯\_(?)_/¯ If you care about cleanliness and safety this is not the place for you...

Woodbrook Apartments are a great choice, our family loves the pool and basketball court. The office management is wonderful and very sweet! Maintenance is great and they have so much attentiveness and actually care about urgency! I would highly suggest Woodbrook to family and friends.
It's a nice community and wonderful place for my family.

I have several friends that are currently living at Woodbrook , and if I was currently looking for an apartment I certainty would look here . There's a pool, no up keep to my home as they are always maintaining the grounds making sure it is a safe and clean environment. Management and staff are always making sure you and your home are #1 priority.

I love living at woodbrook. It's close to everything. The office staff is great and the residents are like family.
I do not recommend moving to Woodbrook. My family and I moved in a few months ago and are already contemplating the pros and cons of breaking our 1 year lease. It is extremely noisy even after 10pm, which is supposedly their "quiet time", which they do not enforce. The leasing office manager only seems concerned with her fancy cars instead of the problems going on within the complex. There are drug deals going on at the back of the complex at all hours and days of the week. Loud music is constantly heard at all times of the day. Many suspicious people walking around late at night whom I've never seen before and doubt they are even residents. I don't even feel safe walking to my car after dark, let alone leaving it out there over night. Car alarms go off at all times of the day and night. Seriously, if your looking for a place to rent steer clear of Woodbrook.

This apartment complex is nice. It is close to the city, but in a quiet community. The apartments are large and a great price. Mainly, the staff is great!
This website offers two studio and three 1-bedroom apartments "available now." So I drove out there today to see them, and was told that they have nothing available. I suggested that they should update their website, and she tried to tell me that they are avaiable, but not available???
