Horrible experience the leasing agents lack communication and people skills they give a rude and cold vibe. No updates very frustrating process. Leasing agent sold me a dream and said all they needed to process my application was my physical ID in person. Drove 4 hours from Dallas to bring in my documents when I walked in it was a bad vibe then they requested more documents when I got there. Wound up spending over $1,500 on a hotel, food, and gas. No apologies for wasting my time, money, and energy. Decided to look elsewhere. Most Terrible leasing experience ever!!!

We do offer the opportunity to submit alternative forms of documentation when there is a discrepancy. Our team continuously worked to verify all information electronically, but unfortunately needed 2 documents brought into the office. We understand only one of the required documents was brought into the office causing delays. I have lived here for about 8 months. I chose this location because it’s close enough to the big city but far enough to embrace the beauty cypress has to offer. The complex is really nice I love that there are many areas you can just sit and embrace nature. All my neighbors are friendly and kind makes Winward a great place to live and call home.

I’ve loved here since April 2021 and I have had issues monthly. First I had a wall covered in mold. Then an ant infestation. Now the ceiling in my bathroom is leaking stinky water from my upstairs neighbors. The manager of the community doesn’t contact you about any of these important issues so you never know how it’s getting handled. They are incredibly rude in the front office and tell you the issue is resolved constantly when it’s very evidently not. The maintenance people who come to actually handle it are nice but they are working at the hands of the management and can only do so much. Absolutely would not recommend living here. It’s far too expensive for what you get, which is actually a living nightmare.

Pros Brand new it feels good being the first resident in my unit because everything is brand new. Staff is very friendly and will stay late if need. Apartments are well made a few cosmetic issues but nothing major. Probably is gated and gates are working at about 90% Cons Maintenance request takes sometime weeks to complete due to under staffed and over worked team I feel this may poss an issue later down the line with keeping up the same standards. Residents are not picking up after pets. Three lakes on property they only keep up with two the other looks like a swamp and has not been maintained. Parking is becoming an issue not that the property is reaching 100% capacity. A system needs to be put in place.

This so far is the best location I could find in Cypress where I'm not stuck in traffic coming and going! I got a great special at move in which made me lease here as well.

I am so happy to live at the Winward at Telge Crossing apartment. I have been living in this building for almost 2 years. I love all the amenities but what I like the most is when I come home from work and there is always a building staff member who is calling by my name and welcomes me home. I’ve only been here since November 2019 but the management and front desk wasted no time making us feel at home! The community events before COVID were wonderful and really added to the luxurious feel of this building. I love coming home because the amazing front desk staff always have a smile and a greeting for you. I’d call them out by name but I honestly adore the entire staff.

I stopped out last week with my wife to tour the community. We met with Christian who has a big personality and made the entire experience very enjoyable. The community is brand new but the staffs knowledge made it feel as if they've been part of the community for years. We are definitely interested in moving here when our lease is up. If you are looking, for sure stop out and see Christian.
