The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Winston House
Winston house couldn’t be worse. Every major appliance in my unit has broken. Front desk staff frequently curses about other front desk staff. But above all of that is the building management. I personally watched the manager get into a screaming match with a resident after failing to return many of the residents emails. They also entered my unit without permission when I said specifically not to because of my dog being there without me present and I found my dog shaking in a corner later that day. You’ll pay a ton of money for a complete headache, a horrible building, and even worse customer service. If I could leave negative stars that would be too nice.
