I love the staff! Love the community as well. My family and I appreciate the clean grounds so much.

The perfect place for a young bachelor .. right close to highland park, uptown and oak lawn (if that’s your style). Excellent team of associates and efficient systems for mailing paired with a studio apartment with it’s own washer & dryer; hard to beat! The parking garage & whole building is very secure as well. Only thing that kind’ve sucks is that there’s no elevator but if you’re living in a place like this, you should have no problem hiring movers. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, security and time.

I am writing this review to make potential residents aware of the airplane noise issue that exists in this community. Had I known about this noise issue, I would not have moved here. Overall, Windsor West Lemmon apartments is managed well and well kept. Robert and Julie in the leasing office are truly excellent. However, the fact that this apartment complex was built next to an airport and there was no amount of soundproofing done is very disappointing. I would not recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a quiet place to live. I am unable to sleep well at night or enjoy my apartment during the day due to constant loud noise of airplanes flying every 20 minutes, the noise is worse from ~5am to midnight but airplanes can be heard throughout the night as well. I sometimes get woken up at 3am from airplanes. The noise comes in mostly through the windows so I have to sleep in the master closet (away from the windows) to get a good nights sleep. There are good solutions to this problem which involve soundproofing the windows but the apartment has refused to invest in this. I contacted property management about this issue and requested soundproofing of the windows. I even provided them a quote from a local company that specializes in soundproofing using glass window inserts that would not affect uniformity of the apartments but would solve the issue. The complex denied my request. If you are considering moving here, please be aware of this airplane noise issue. This noise problem is not something you will get used to.

I’ve been at Windsor west lemmon for about a year and a half. I had nothing but a great experience since living here. The property is well maintained and management is always very responsive. Roy in maintenance is so kind and fixed the few little issues I’ve had quickly! Feels like home!

From the showing of the apartment I was interested in, to helping me get little small things fixed everyone is amazing and helpful. Leasing agents Jasmine and Julie are hands down some of the nicest people I’ve come across when it comes down to apartment hunting. They made it real simple and easy. Quick story I’m gonna make it short and simple. When moving in I couldn’t find a place where I could get a cashiers check, I literally wen to do many places then I went to Walmart but I was running pretty behind and they closed at 5. I called Jasmine and asked if she could wait for me and she said yes. If it weren’t for her saying yes I would’ve had to wait a whole more day and I didn’t want to do that. All the maintenance techs here are super helpful and thorough. They will fix anything and everything. They do it so nicely and are very friendly. This place is more than 5 stars

The building and grounds are very nice and well kept and management is very courteous and quick to reply. Everything that is under control of the management & maintenance team is perfect.

The Property Management at Windsor West Lemmon, and the new affiliate organization, are great at accommodating the needs of their apartments and moreover their tenants. During a time of such extreme uncertainty and loss (COVID-19), Debra, the property manager, was very understanding of the circumstances for which I, and likely, many others faced regarding the unpredictability of our economy. Debra handled the situation with the utmost patience, empathy, and professionalism in order for me to continue enjoying my home here at Windsor West Lemmon. When it comes to maintenance, you can rest assured that any unfortunate issues, such as losing AC in the TX heat and any other relevant issues will be taken care of promptly and with the expertise needed to get things up-and-running again. Travis, the maintenance professional, responded within 12 hours (submitted my issue after hours), and resolved my maintenance needs in less than 15-30 minutes. Thereafter, Travis made sure to follow-up on a faulty and/or problematic air conditioning matter that would have otherwise affected my ability to live comfortably in my apartment home. I am grateful for living in a home with such positive support they offer their tenants. Thanks so much for everything you all do for us!

I wish I never moved in to Windsor West Lemmon. Too many issues during move in, residency, and at the expiration of my lease.

We really love living here. It is convenient to pretty much everything.

Great location and beautiful place. Too many burglaries. Safety is going downhill. Garage is always broken.

Moved in during the peak of the pandemic - Had no issues moving in; though, there has been a significant amount of crime within the complex (building 1) - cars being stolen, numerous vehicles (including my own) being broken into, accounts of apartments attempting to be broken into, etc. Staff & maintenance seemed complicit with what was going on, and was very upsetting. Apartment itself is well renovated & has a great layout at a good price. Note: Upstairs neighbors if living on the 3rd floor can be EXTREMELY loud.

I love that it is quiet, pet friendly, and the staff responds quickly.

It is a solid apartment. Have not had to reach out management yet. Maintenance is very speedy when I need something. Everything is clean.

I love Windsor, but some of the things in the apartment are cheap such as doorknobs, closet holder, and other small things. Maintenance does really well with coming asap to fix the things you need.

I had a horrible experience with the leasing office. MADDIE sent me at least three different emails with various pictures of floorplans showing me what my layout looked like and the video of the layout she sent included a balcony- even my locator verified with the property that the unit had a balcony. I was leasing from another state and relied on the agents to know their units so that I could lease effortlessly. Moreover, the day before I hit the road to travel to Texas I asked Maddie to check the unit and call me back to verify that it had a balcony but I never received that confirmation. It was not until after I drove hundreds of miles and spent the night in a hotel that I walked in to see the apartment before I signed the lease, did I see that the unit was NOT as it was explained or displayed in video/pics. Upon inquiring about it, I was asked, "is this a deal breaker" and offered a unit half the size. After making my extreme disappointment known with the lack of accountability, I get a phone call from Debra who spoke to me horribly and began the phone call referencing the semantics of my communications rather the resolve the issue being addressed. She was very nasty, condescending and I was dismayed at her attitude and her unsympathetic handling of my situation. I clearly stated that my furniture was on a mover en route and I offered several options to resolve the matter amicably but Debra seemed to be inconvenienced by my circumstance. She angrily and abruptly said NO to every possible resolution scenario, despite her request to present her with solutions, in order to shut me up and get me off the phone. If I would have been able to change or stop the moving company before it left their holding yard then I never would have moved in.

My move in experience was great! Maddie and Talia did an excellent job streamlining it for me! I love the dog park!

Windsor West Lemmon offers more space for less cost than other surrounding communities/residences in their location. The management and staff do their due diligence in resolving matters in a professional and respectful manner. I truly enjoy the community and neighborhood, as well. I am a runner and cyclist, and the neighborhood offers a safe environment to do these activities.

My experience with maintenance is never short of amazing! Very appreciative of maintenance here at Windsor west Lemmon!

Ive really enjoyed staying at this location. I have only lived here since isolation measures have impacted the facilities ability to engage the community, but the widespread and available communication is much appreciated!

WWL has been great so far! Fixing the few issues that arise timely and seamlessly. Overall no complaints and happy to live here

I have enjoyed living at Windsor West Lemmon properties. The maintenance and grounds staff work hard to keep the property clean and all things working efficiently. The office staff has been very responsive to calls and requests. I feel safe in my home and have easy access to work and shopping locations. I look forward to another year in my home.

A very well designed and maintained property, Windsor West Lemmon is a warm and inviting, quiet and serene, dog-friendly community. The move-in experience was excellent and the management staff is always helpful and responsive, with particularly good management of trash, parking and package delivery. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.

I have been away from my apartment in Dallas since March. Because I had been gone so long, I took advantage of the offer extended by the office staff to conduct a maintenance check , ie. water pipes, trash, temperature, etc. I received word that this procedure had been done, and I have no reason to believe otherwise. I have always had a positive experience with maintenance requests, so I am guessing this was no different. I will know more when I am actually able to return to Dallas and can see in person if this was done.

My apt was VERY dirty when I moved in. Looked like it was vacant for quite sometime. Dust, dirt and bugs everywhere. Filthy and not impressed. This apt also needs to exterminated.

Maddie made the leasing process a breeze, she is absolutely a joy to correspond with. The apartment complex is sweet and the community is friendly.

We have really enjoyed living here, the staff in the front office are always courteous and helpful, of course when the office was open pre-COVID-19. The maintenance staff are always very efficient, along with the grounds and cleaning group.

I have not had any issues with management, and they do a great job at keeping us informed about community activities and property policies. I do, however, think the walls are pretty thin. I am on the third floor and can hear people talking outside, in the hall, and in the apartments above and beside me. Granted, the noise may not have been an issue absent COVID-19 restrictions and circumstances, but it has not been ideal. That being said, much of the noise occurs during the day and is primarily coming from landscapers working on the property to keep it presentable. In addition, the balconies on the third and fourth floors are so close that you can easily step from one balcony to another. This is not something I noticed before moving in and, for individuals living alone, this may be something to consider if the unit includes a balcony.

My move in experience was a bit disappointing. After picking up my keys and walking in, nothing had been fixed or cleaned. The floor was badly scratched with chunks missing out of it, cabinet doors were broken (and still not fixed). Nothing was cleaned, there were still footprints in the tub, hairballs on the floor, crumbs in the drawers and cabinets. I called the office and they were great in responding and said they would get cleaning and maintenance over there immediately. Maintenance showed up super fast to look at the situation and said that he needed to talk to his supervisor and that the office would call me back and let me know next steps. Time was passing and I still had not seen cleaning or heard back about the floors so I started to call the office for an update but no answer. I tried calling the whole rest of the day, probably about 15 times but was unable to get ahold of anyone. I even tried banging on the office door but no answer either. We decided to get a few other things done as we were waiting to hear from the office and since we couldn't move anything in, and when we came back, maintenance was there fixing the floor. He was the saving grace that day. He was quick to get it done, super nice, he felt really bad about the situation and that nobody told us they were going to be there, and did what he could to make it right. I'm really glad we caught them leaving too because with the wax put down, it could not be walked on for at least 4 hours and we would have never known and walked all over it. Came back the next day and since cleaning had still not shown, could still not get ahold of the office, we already rescheduled the movers from the events of the previous day, I went ahead and started cleaning and moving stuff in. The office then called to apologize which was very appreciated and said they would send over cleaning. Fastest cleaning job ever, you couldn't really tell she did anything so we still ended up having to clean most of it. Besides the first few days though, my experience has been great and I enjoy being apart of the community. I like the floor plan, amenities, location, etc. The communal areas are clean and well lit. (Minus the elevator as people tend to throw their food and trash in the corners, but it gets cleaned pretty quickly). The office was super helpful and responsive when going through the decision and leasing process. I'm still glad I found and chose this complex.

My refrigerator was not cooling so I called Maddie in the office and she let the maintenance dept know. By the end of the day , they had replaced my refrigerator with a new one. Good service and done quickly. Thanks again on a job well done

During this process, the move was amazing. With Covid-19 making this a difficult time. This property has been nothing but accommodating and easy transition. So far no issues and everyone in the community is very friendly and even with all the pets, you can barely notice noise wise!

I absolutely love these apartment! From the management staff to the service crew. The apartment are extremely well kept and I couldnt be happier with my choice of residency. The management team send meaningful email to make sure everyone in the community is safe. Ill be here for awhile!!

I selected Windsor West Lemmon because it was only 15 minutes from my office. It is a great location and an even better living space than I was previously at. Beautiful layout for a great price!

The apartment is very open and has wonderful natural light. The property is kept very clean. Staff are very professional and responsive to requests.My mother lives with me part of the time and she feels comfortable and safe in the apartment. I am very close to work and have easy access to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Having a safe home, garage parking, and a short commute are definite advantages to living at Windsor West Lemmon. Linda R

Leasing agents Gabby and Maddie were lovely and helpful throughout the process. They helped us find the exact apartment we wanted. Moving in was easy given Covid and they were pretty responsive to fix some of our more pressing needs. Amentities are top notch and they have been trying to handle everything related to Covid as well as hoped. You would be happy to have a place here.

A great atmosphere and wonderful staff. The locations is perfect and in a safe area. The new upgrades since Windsor has taken over are fantastic.

Ive recently moved to west Lemmon property a few weeks back and I love it here so far! I appreciate the manager Deborah for all her help even during this pandemic!
