I've lived here for almost a year, and the property is extremely safe and friendly. The proximity to corporate offices, shopping centers, and the highway make it easy to get anywhere. Management has changed a few times, but the current manager sends out lots of communication regarding property renovations, repairs, notices, warnings, etc. She and the team put in lots of work to keep the community clean, and residents are kept accountable for doing their part. I appreciate the efforts and hope it continues to make Windsor a great place to live.

For me, the most important thing in an apartment complex is the management. Things happen and life isn’t perfect, so there needs to be people that will be flexible, helpful, and understanding. The general and leasing managers were that and more for me. I would definitely recommend living here in the future!

I’ve been living at Windsor MetroWest Apartments for a few months now, and I’m extremely impressed! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major highways, which makes commuting a breeze. The amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center and the pool area, which are always clean and accessible. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. They are quick to respond, and any issues I’ve had have been resolved efficiently. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and feature high-quality finishes. I love the open layouts and the large windows that let in a lot of natural light. Windsor Metro West is a fantastic community with excellent staff!! Holly has always been a consistent gem! She has made us feel like we were home from the beginning and continues to deliver supreme service!! The maintenance crew have been responsive: swift resolution for any request. This community was smart and recently hired Tina as the GM. Since she has come, we have noticed a HUGE difference in Metro West between community engagement events, and honest and fast communication about issues within the community. We have seen Tina begin to make positive maintenance changes, truly everything a community resident could ask for and more! As an 18 year old, trying to find an apartment was tough. I’ve been living at Windsor Metro West for 3 months, and have had a fantastic experience. This is hands down the best apartment experience I have ever had. The front office staff is very warm and responsive. If there are any maintenance issues, they are fixed the same day. The grounds are kept beautifully. I couldn’t have made a better choice in my area on where to live!

Everyone working at this apartment does an excellent job. I just wish it were cheaper to live here; rent has gone up every year I renew my lease. Also it’s easy to hear your neighbors walk around upstairs, but I’m sure that’s like any other apartment.

We adore Windsor Metro West!! The community is even better than we expected when we moved in. We love our apartment. Holly at the leasing office has offered stellar customer service and help for every single need we have had. We have settled in nicely and found our rhythm in this fabulous community. I must say though, from the beginning, Holly and the leasing office have made us feel like we were home BEFORE we even moved in. The maintenance team has been kind and helpful. Consistent issues with the garbage room my apartment is adjacent too has all but ruined what should be an overall great living experience at Windsor Metro West. Management seems to care but they consistently struggle finding reliable staff to take the garbage out on a strict schedule and to properly clean the garbage room on a necessary and consistent basis. In the summer these garbage rooms issues are exacerbated due to high temps. Perhaps this summer they’ll finally stay on top of it before it becomes the routine problem it was last summer. If it wasn’t for the ongoing garbage room issues I would really enjoy living at the complex. People are nice, staff is nice, and the location is great.

I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the staff. William seems to really care about the property. I also love how the maintenance crew responds to requests so quickly (I've never had to wait more than 12 hours). The amenities upgrades are incredible. And the monthly events are a great way to celebrate with neighbors and staff. Keep it up. I've lived here since the complex opened, and I don't intend on leaving anytime soon. :)

Really enjoying the apartment, glad the walls aren't super thin, can't hear my neighbors except for my upstairs neighbor. My apartment had some damages upon move in but maintenance toom care of what they could promptly. Appliances are good, the main issue I have with the apartment is I'm on the second floor and have to park on the second floor, so I have to go up stairs to go to the sky bridge then back down after crossing the bridge to reach my car.
My move-in experience was effortless; I just picked up my keys. There was some initial damage, but a work order quickly resolved it. The apartment is peaceful, and I love the nearby lively part of town. Great place to live!

Poor experience with reaching anyone unless I call their property managers. Reached out multiple times because our toilet was broken. It is the only toilet in the apartment and it was a week before I finally got someone to send help. Luis the maintenance worker was the most helpful and very polite.

I moved in last moy. The whole experience have been the best i have ever had. Staffs were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They even showed me the way to my apartment. We’ve been on and off without AC for the last 3 weeks now with excessive heat warnings outside!! The maintenance team will come and try their best to cool off the place to about 74 degrees. After that come night time it’s back to 84 degrees in here!! The amount of money being spent on rent you’d think you wouldn’t have to deal with this!!

First time living in the mid west, the community is great and my neighbors are friendly. The staff and management are prompt, courteous, and professional. The community grounds are always clean, and very welcoming Very little pests are found and I have seen zero rodents. The dog park is a very nice area and the food trucks are always my favorite time to be a resident at metro west
