Very nice, safe, clean community with great amenities. Gym could use some upgrading (mats and other things old and worn) otherwise their maintenance and upkeep of the property is great and they have community events often. Families that live here are nice as well!

The maintenance team, particularly Mike and Kenny, are simply outstanding. On Friday morning, I noticed that the sink in my bathroom was developing a slow drain. It was not an urgent problem but I submitted my maintenance request late morning on Friday before I left to get a haircut. When I returned mid afternoon, the maintenance team had already resolved the problem.

Friendly, courteous neighbors, 99.9 percent of whom adhere to no-smoking regulations on property, though sometimes guests take liberties. Great location. Easy walk to Orange Line. Easy walk to downtown Melrose and Malden.Private gym that I use for strength classes is right on the property. Pine Banks park right across the street. I hardly drive anymore. Really feel at home here.

Kenny did a fantastic job! The bath towel rack in my bathroom became loose. I submitted a work order on Wednesday evening, and Kenny arrived at about 9:30 the next morning. He promptly made the repair. And he, as he always is, was friendly, professional and thorough. He and the entire maintenance staff at Windsor at Oak Grove are excellent.

Dave did a great job! I submitted my maintenance request at about 5:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon (the blinds in my bedroom were not working properly), and Dave arrived at about 9:30 the next morning (a Friday) and installed a new set of blinds within an hour or so. And he was very pleasant and professional.

My fiancé and I have lived at Windsor at Oak Grove Apartments for a year and it has been a fantastic apartment and community. The maintenance requests are addressed promptly and fully, the property is well maintained, the units are spacious and well soundproofed (we are on a second floor apartment and do not hear our neighbors above or below us), and the Windsor leasing team is excellent. Angelo has been an incredible help from the very start and we have only had great experiences with the entire team. I highly recommend these apartments.

Windsor at Oak Grove, Melrose and Malden is noisy. It’s all kids and dogs with slamming doors. It’s so expensive that now I can’t afford to get out. You can hear people walking around their apartments even on the top floor.

Windsor Oak Grove is a great community that accommodates for all! The apartments layouts and finishings are great quality. I was looking for a place that was pet-friendly, near nature, had a fitness center, had easy access to public transit, and had a secure mail room. Windsor Oak Grove fit all these criteria and more! The property is well maintained and the community is friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.

The community is safe and clean and well-landscaped. The leasing office is friendly and responsive along with the maintenance and other crews who work on the property. The community has close access to Oak Grove and Pine Banks and is close to stores. I know that people like that it’s dog friendly, but I’d prefer a community with no dogs. Dogs also raise the cost of managing properties. Windsor does a great job with parking and the general organization of cars, reducing outside noise and it’s quiet in general.

My apartment at Windsor Oak Grove feels like luxury and the outside grounds are lovely. Nicely groomed with lots of flowers. The management is very responsive, helpful and friendly towards tenants. The community is super organized and on my move-in day everything was cleaned and ready to go. It was an easy move thanks to the whole crew at Windsor.

The building and the clubhouse look great and the staff are friendly, but the buildings are much older than they look, there are mice in every building, and you can hear every noise from the neighboring units. I am very disappointed that the building management doesn't actively address the issue with mice.

Living at Windsor at Oak Grove has been a wonderful experience. The staff members are incredibly competent and always helpful, which makes day-to-day life smoother and more enjoyable. The safety measures in place offer peace of mind, and the nearby playground and park make it perfect for families with kids. I also appreciate the convenience of having the train station close by—it makes commuting easy and hassle-free. Adding features like free printers, extra playground items, and a coffee machine in the lobby would make it even better, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to live!

The community is great My only concern is the amount of rent charged and the high increases each year to the rent In my option if you are a good tenant your rent shouldn’t increase to the point you will have to move because you can’t afford the increase in the rent total each year I really like the community and it’s staff

This is a wonderful community to live in! It is very well managed, the grounds are beautifully maintained and I feel extremely safe here. Lot's of four legged friends and babies wherever you look. Definitely my happy place!
Great sense of community, easy access to the MBTA, amenities are nice, & parking is perfect/not at issue. Easily one of the best apartment communities we have had experience with, would recommend renting/going on a tour to see if it fits your needs!
The staff is extremely thoughtful, nice, & communicative! We are enjoying living in the community. I think the only thing I have noticed is there isn't very much trash cans that I could see on the main sidewalks on property or even in the work space areas. With the exception of the gym & bathrooms. It would be nice to have even a small one there or just outside the leasing office.
We are pleased with our decision to lease at Windsor at Oak Grove. The apartment is serving our needs and we are enjoying our living experience here. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
I've been here since 2007, when it opened. I've seen a lot of changes, but the staff has always been pleasant and professional - - even with the amount of turnover.
Maintenance at Oak Grove is amazing. Michael does a great job of leading this outstanding team.

Location is great, community grounds and buildings are kept impeccable. Maintenance staff is THE best! Jesus, just promoted deservedly so, is so awesome. I don’t know any of the new management staff, but past experience has always been positive. I have lived here for just shy of 8 years and I very much enjoy it.
I have lived at Windsor at Oak Grove since early April 2020, and I love living. The apartment (a one bedroom with a den) is very nice, the grounds are well maintained and I love the area. Both the leasing and maintenance staff are friendly, personable and extremely responsive.
Technicians are really kind and helpful. They respond so quickly and fix everything I requested. They even wanted to help me other things. Super cool.
Windsor Oak Grove is such a nice place to live, safe and silent. With a good balance city life and nature together, easy access to train. Clean and very good at maintenance too. Whenever I need help, team is handling everything quickly.
