Windsor at Midtown

Been a resident for three years and it's the most peaceful and clean community I've lived in. Extremely private and secure, and the staff is friendly and professional. The only drawback is the high-traffic location. The location is also what makes it an amazing place to live!

Windsor Cirrus in Seattle was such a great experience that I thought that Windsor at Midtown in Atlanta would have similarly great staff and a offer superb quality of living, but now I know better than to put any value on the Windsor brand at all

Brenden and David on the maintenance team came to install my ceiling fan and fix my dishwasher this morning. They are super quick to resolve my issues, very nice and helpful. I have lived here a little over a year and have been super pleased at how fast maintenance comes whenever I put in a request!

My issues and concerns were addressed immediately. The team is courteous and professional and take pride in their work. It’s comforting to know they care about my living space as much as I do. The little details make a big difference - thank you

Windsor at Midtown is a cut above the rest of these rental communities, with a strong and professional leasing team, a prompt and professional maintenance team, and a safe, clean, and charming community to live in. I've been my happiest renting since I moved here in 2022.

I really enjoy living at Windsor Midtown. I've always liked this place. We've lived here going on three months and couldn't be happier. If I only had to say one thing I wish the fountain in the courtyard worked other than that this is the best place to live.

Windsor at Midtown is a hidden gem! Because of all the new development in Midtown, this community doesn’t get as much press, but we are delighted with the feel of the building, the sense of community and the quiet living experience right next to the park!

It is a great community with an attentive, kind staff, and stands in an excellent location. The stairwells are rather dirty and could be upgraded. I've been here almost a year and the office area has been closed the entire time for renovations. I have never had the opportunity to use it, was told it would only take them a month to complete, and yet I know I have fees associated with the space--therefore, I am paying for something that is unusable. The fire alarm goes off often and for very strange reasons. My cat has developed severe anxiety and I have developed headaches from this.

They are always very prompt, professional and friendly and they call you!!

The overall atmosphere of the building has definitely declined in the last couple of years, but I still enjoy living here. I don't think there is as much attention to detail in cleaning and communication. I will say the maintenance staff is prompt and professional.

One of the great things about Windsor is the ease and speed of getting things fixed. Anytime there is an issue it's been fixed in less than a day, which is great!

We've had to request maintenance twice since moving here in June. Both times, maintenance showed up in less than 2 hours to address the issues. Always friendly, courteous and skilled at rectifying the problem.

The front gate has been an issue for too long. One resident saw a car going out the entrance. Anyone can walk in.

I love my apartment at Windsor, it really reminds me of home. Also, it is really well located, and you can access by walking many restaurants, pubs and parks. Kudos to Lindsay from the leasing office who is always happy and willing to help. Also, here they have an outstanding maintenance team.

The staff is my favorite part, so incredibly nice and helpful. They went above and beyond when I moved in. I love the package delivery, the covered parking, the minimal neighbor noise. They make life a little easier and less to worry about. I love that the upgrades are things that really make a difference like the NEST, the kitchens, the flooring etc.

The maintenance staff are incredible. They are very responsive to requests and good at letting you know if there is a delay due to a need to order a part etc. When they arrive they are very courteous and professional in getting the job done.

This is my 3rd year as a resident and I am just as pleased as I was on day one. The floor plan is well proportioned, the location is unbeatable, maintenance is top notch and the property is beautiful. Thank you staff for your professionalism when needed.

I became a Windsor tenant six years ago (Prior to Covid-19, property and services were top notch). Since that time staff has frequently changed. Rent has increased, new elevators down, changes in staff and upkeep has been on decline. I love the location and that is main reason I am still here(Piedmont Park, High Museum,Botanical Gardens, best hotels, restaurants Whole Foods, and other services.

The community at Windsor at Midtown is a welcoming and warm environment. The location is great, the property is well-kept, and staff is kind and helpful. Residents are kind as well.

My time living Windsor at Midtown has been a great experience so far. The property manager and everyone in the leasing office and maintenance team are so friendly, helpful, and prompt. The community is clean and quiet. It's a great place to live.

For the most part, I’ve had an excellent experience so far at windsor. The maintenance team is excellent! My only complaint about the community is that the parking garage is a money milking operation, and the monthly “lifestyle” fee is also a pretty greedy gimmick. Other than that, I enjoy living here a great deal.

This used to be a good place to live. The amenities were reasonable for the price, guests could park for free, we didn’t have to deal with elevators being down for extended periods of time, the rates were lower (pet rent almost doubled this past year), and the community overall was better functioning.
