the community is wonderful. the location of Windsor @ mariners is fabulous. we are right on the water and close to all the shops and restaurants. It makes a huge difference not be caught in all the river road traffic

In 2015, I moved into Windsor At Mariners after seeing my current apartment. It truly was love at first site with the view of the Hudson, the George Washington Bridge, the homes on the Palisades! It’s been great!
We love living at Windsor at mariners. The property is well maintained, the staff is so wonderful and we love our unit ! It’s a very peaceful environment

This is a beautifully maintained property with a management and staff that take personal pride in everything they do. They are responsive to questions and requests and do everything to create a “this is your home” environment.
I have been residing here almost a year and have found the Windsor team very professional, helpful and kind. The grounds are meticulously maintained as well as outdoor amenity areas.
Nice building good good location, daytime weekday concierge Christina and Marina Iexcellent! Fernando in maintenance is exceptional. The only problem is they need more people working in maintenance. Impossible to keep the building clean with only two people working. There are no parking facilities for guests!
I have been a tenant for 23 yrs and the services and up-keep of the building have been outstanding

This is our second Windsor property we’ve lived at. First Miami and now Edgewater NJ. If I was looking for a place to move or recommending to anyone I would say start with Windsor properties. There are clearly some core principles they live by that you as a resident would greatly appreciate. These are hospitality people!

This community is managed by seasoned professionals at every level; leasing agents, front desk, maintenance. They are truly dedicated to creating a clean, safe and caring environment and often anticipate the tenant’s needs in advance of a question or request.
We love our apartment, building, and surrounding area, but the best part has been the staff. From the leasing office, maintenance teams, and security/front desk, we feel like home after only just moving in!
