This property in Harvey is absolutely beautiful! The new management has really made a positive difference—everything looks great and well taken care of. I also loved the recent breakfast event with the new manager—it was such a fun and thoughtful way to connect with residents. It’s clear they care about the community here, and I’m excited to see what’s next!
Windsor is the most stunning apartment complex I’ve ever seen! So many amenities you wouldn’t even need to leave the property to have fun! From the game room, the resort style pool, the CAR WASH!! And let’s not forget, the TEAM - they are rockstars! Love it here!!
So far I have enjoyed my decision to live in this community. Everyone seems polite and friendly.

actual price is higher than advertised and they add fees to your monthly rate for 'add-on' features, trash is extra. no internet service providers outside of their wifi which is extra. once lease is up, you move to monthly which adds $300/month and you have to give 60 day notice or you will pay the months anyway. parking is bad, the spots closer to your entrance are covered and you have to pay extra for them. Stay away

Worst apartments I’ve ever dealt with. The mailroom always open so someone can easily steal your package. The amenities are always broken and you supposedly pay for that. Randomly added a water bill to the rent as well . You pay for valet trash service that only pick up a certain weight of trash or you’ll be fine . Then when they don’t show up for a month your steal charged.ive been doubled charge twice and had to call the office just for them to play stupid and eventually give me a credit. The list goes on these apartments aren’t worth how high they are.

The Windsor Manhattan is a wonderful place to live. It is gated, which makes me feel safe. I love the amenities they offer and the sense of community! We have monthly gatherings where we all come together to fellowship. I pray it doesn’t stop!

It’s shiny. It’s new. It’s cheaply made. It’s not worth staying here. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You hear everything your neighbors are doing. They have raise rent renewal rates for our apartment by $1000. They haven’t even informed residents of this change. I have only found out when they sprung it on my neighbors that have not renewed. Their only response is that “prices are raised due to the current market” which is a lie. All of the developer-run properties have their same rental rate! We used to have nice events all of the time and the previous staff were awesome. The Greystar staff are terrible and they can never keep people hired. There’s always someone different in the front office. They literally just let anyone back here. It’s gated but people who don’t stay here ALWAYS use the amenities we pay for. My husband and I aren’t renewing for a third year. Why pay a mortgage for an apartment? Ridiculous. Beware everyone!
