Fantastic location and services with parking under the building and at least 8 restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff and good response to maintenance requests. The rent is high but you get what you pay for. I'm relocating after retirement but I've been a tenant for 20 years and have only positive recollections.

On-site management staff has had significant turnover. Staff are now assigned tenants as opposed to staff being able to assist anyone. Service was very different when I first moved in 2018.
No one has answered half of my questions or concerns from email or voicemail so I had to result to maintenance requests. The maintenance team is wonderful, your office personal are THE WORST. Truly incompetent and why we are moving z

A great place to live for the responsive management and maintenance. Units are updated and well maintained. Would like to see more amenities for the cost of living here.
The location is great. The team is friendly. But the apartment we received was not only dirty with a very uneven floor but with a lot of maintenance to be done that could have been done prior to our arrival. Burned electrical plug, broken microwave door handle, all bathrooms without light, most windows blackout broken, one window broken, and lastly we were told to not use the second bath room because it isn't sealed well and make it rain on the floor below... When the neighbors take a bath at night we also have water dripping on the drywall during hours after that... Not the experience we were expecting at all...

Disappointed in the way repairs are handled. The time it takes and the quality is not acceptable. It takes more then once to finished most of the times.
As usual, I had an excellent experience with the maintenance team. In addition to resolving the two issues, I created requests for, they noticed my air filter needed to be changed and did it on the spot. The maintenance team is incredible.

The maintenance crew is very polite and effective, they also explain what is happening if asked. Not only they fix the problem i learn from their expertise .
So far it has been a pleasant experience at the Windsor at Liberty House. Both the management and leasing office staff have been very cooperative and pleasant to work with. They are generally very professional and accessible so that it is easy to speak to one of them whenever needed. I am generally very pleased to have chosen Windsor at Liberty House as my home. The buildings are well maintained and secure.

All that glitters is not gold. Windsor at Liberty House advertises wonderful amenities. Unfortunately, the people that live here ruin all of the nice things for everyone and management doesn't seem to care at all. You're lucky to even get a response from them at all. The maintenance guys are all great and go above and beyond, but thats it. But even that can be hit or miss. Recently went over 24 hours without light in the bathroom because that is how long it took for them to respond to a maintenance request. When I first moved in I loved it here, but it only gets worse by the day.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Windsor at Liberty House. If we were not following our grandson and his parents to another state we would absolutely renew. You cannot beat the location and the amenities of the building. From our first interaction with John in the leasing office, to ongoing interactions with him, Christian and Jessica, we cannot recommend this building high enough. And the maintenance team is beyond compare. They are extremely competent, timely and very friendly. Having a team on site is a huge benefit. And we must also acknowledge the package concierge team. They do not have an easy task but somehow manage every day, especially during the pandemic when everyone was ordering things constantly! We will be sad to leave here!
Gym facilities are in need of services and most are broken or not able to be used. No WiFi in gym or at pool. All other communities have WiFi access Pool was green many times during the summer Courtyards are used more for dogs to use the bathroom than people to hang out. Grills are old Yoga room needs mirrors Hallways frequently smell of dog and dog urine Community rooms are full and not able to be used while work is going on making apartment too loud to take meetings working remote. Frequent puddle s of urine in front of door ways
Overall, the apartment complex is older but does have a couple great convenience perks like an included parking spot for every apartment in a covered garage and a good system for picking up your own packages behind a locked package area. I found the apartment layouts to have a roomier living room area than other newer complexes in the area and some units even have fireplaces. The maintenance team is also very quick to resolve issues, which I appreciate!
The management and maintenance teams are top notch. I was worried about renting an apartment after owning a home for many years, but its been a wonderful experience so far!
The quality of service received from Windsor, from the initial contact at the leasing office, through to maintenance requests and all other requests in between, the building has lived up to its 5* rating and we couldnt think any more highly of it. We had an Air Conditioner issue on one of those very hot days The response was very fast and the fix was done just as fast Kudos all around from the property management to the maintenance staff
My husband and I have really enjoyed living here so far! Christian, our leasing agent, made our move in the easiest part of our moving day! He was flexible, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure we got settled in and had all the information we needed. Since being here, you can see the community is well cared for and the maintenance team is great. They are friendly, prompt, and do an excellent job! We love the location too - this is a great neighborhood with plenty to eat and drink and you're steps away from awesome views of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty. The Path ride into Manhattan is also very quick and there are several Path stations within walking distance.
Maintenance staff living On-site is very comforting. You can always depend on an appropriate timely response.

We absolutely love living in the Windsor at Liberty House community. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, the location can't be beat, and the amenities are great (and the staff has worked hard during the pandemic to make sure we can still take advantage of those amenities). Most of all, the staff are super friendly, helpful, and really make you feel like a valued member of a community.
One lovely aspect of living at Windsor at Liberty House is knowing how responsive and thorough the maintenance team is. Each member of the team is very capable and personable!
