Windsor at Dogpatch

The staff here are friendly and helpful. Other than that, it's just ok to reside here. To many people are smoking in a non-smoking building. As for the maintenance request, no work has been done to my knowledge, for me to give a proper review. The request was for the vendors that were cleaning the windows, for them not to miss cleaning my windows as they do every year they are hired to clean all windows of the apartment building.

We live here 7 years. Always clean, bright and pleasant in and out the facility!

Great location for public transit — Muni buses and light-rail, Cal Train. Easy to get taxis, ride share, Waymo. Lots of neighborhood and nearby services. Less traffic and congestion. One of the sunniest and warmest neighborhoods in the city. Good quality of life.

Courteous staff, lovely apartments, and all in an excellent location.

maintenance crew is excellent! Work orders are done very timely, especially with the requested time frame requested.

Living here is ok. The biggest problem I have is that people keep smoking. Every night or every other night, there is Marijuana smoke coming in through my closet or it's coming in through my apartment door from the hallway. These people that live above me on the third floor and whomever it is on the second floor has no consideration of others or the leasing rules. I just smelled it this morning on 03/29/2024 at 6am.

Over the 5 1/2 years I’ve lived at Windsor at Dogpatch, Maintenance personnel have always been quick to respond and fast to complete the remedy for the issue. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. It makes living in this community a joy.

Location and amenities inside the apartment are good.

Natallia has been very helpful in reaching out to get me into an apartment at Dogpatch. I like the amenities and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. For myself, I love the location because I can walk to work and public transportation is very convenient. Since I was new to San Francisco, I wad initially shocked by the rental cost, but having been in the city for a while, it seems to be within the norm.

Windsor is a great property. I've lived here for many years and moved to different units. Natalia and her team and incredibly responsive, caring and do all they can do to make the experience a positive one. While the units are on the higher side in terms of rental prices I continue to stay because its a great neighborhood and a beautiful property.

Calling for emergency maintenance was really easy and the handyman fixed our problem so quickly

Moving in was very smooth. Management were excellent at communicating.

Packages constantly stolen, to the tune of hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket. One neighbor was caught on video and management did not do anything to resolve.

Just moved in, but it’s been a great experience this far. Leasing agents were very kind and helpful, and seems to be a quiet respectful community with nice amenities.

Overall living here has been great. Property management has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed something.

The maintenance team here has room for improvement. It took over a week to get my maintenance request fixed and the quality of the work was very low.

Modern, clean, industrial lofts in stunning architecture. Friendly staff and great amenities. Living along the iconic Tubbs ropewalk is a joy to wake up to every day, it's very clean and well maintained. It's been fantastic so far! All my maintenance issues have been dealt with really quickly and professionally by Gilbert - he goes out of his way to educate me on the hardware involved too. All the leasing office staff have been great about dealing with some minor package receiving issues.

This is a great place to live. Convenient, clean, and well ran place!

Windsors Amenities are great, especially the gym and rooftop.

While management is kind and responsive, the building has a major theft problem in their shared spaces (bike storage) they have refused to address appropriately in the time I've lived here. I've had over $2K worth of property stolen. The noise from motorcycles and skateboards is also unbearable and wakes you up constantly.

So far its been good, will be better post COVID Im sure.

There are a lot of pros to living here. Nice modern building, can't hear the neighbors, easy package storage and retrieval, clean common areas, friendly staff, easy parking in the neighborhood, easy waterfront access, easy freeway access.

I've been here 3 years. I stay on the first floor. My apartment is connected to the garage. Every time someone activates the machine to get there car I hear it through the walls. The water through the over head pipes is bothersome. Also the is no air conditioning and it stays stuffy. I would re-design this unit. Add sound proofing. Other than that, I have a roof over my head.

At Windsor at Dogpatch, you get value for what you pay for.

Windsor at Dogpatch is a fantastic community and a great place to live! The leasing staff / on-site staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is great!

I've enjoyed the experience so far! My only complaint is the lack of overhead lighting in the bedrooms. There are light switches in the rooms but no overhead lights. That's my only complaint. Everything else has been good/satisfactory.

The admin staff - Natalia, Amana and Ryan go out of their way to provide excellent service. They are top notch in their responses and utterly dependable. Maintainence led by Gilbert the supervisor are amazingly professional and effective. Just a really good team of people that make this place a pleasure to live in.

This is a beautiful building, and I love that I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls. Everything is clean, and the management staff have all been very friendly. I'm really looking forward to enjoying some building amenities (gym, rooftop, community spaces) and neighborhood gems once the shelter-in-place orders are lifted in SF. I'm already in love with the Luxer One lockers for package deliveries and the large windows in the apartment which allow ample sunlight and warmth into the home. I recommend this building if you want a modern, clean environment with plenty of amenities in a cool neighborhood.

Accommodating, responsive and very helpful staff - maintenance and office. Apartments have quality fixtures in them and the place is overall efficiently run.

Winsor Dogpatch is conveniently located, reasonably priced and has a great management team who work hard to make it home!
