Smooth move in experience. Unit was move in ready which allowed us to get settled and make it a "home" quickly. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Love it here. The staff are always helpful. Questions and concerns are always taken care of. The staff cares about the residents. It is a very pleasant place to reside.

The move in process was smooth and simple and my unit immaculately cleaned. I am really pleased so far and look forward to utilizing the amenities.

Love the community. Apartment is solid and welcoming. Onboarding was confusing - way too many different apps/services involved! Looking forward to getting settled in!

Resident since April 2024. Everything has been great so far! Staff has always been very friendly and they are good about addressing any issues in a timely manner.

I wanted to wait until we've been here long enough to be able to write a fair and accurate review. We've been here almost 3 weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. We had our initial tour of the property with Madhur, and she was wonderful. She is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but what really stood out to me is what a warm and caring person she is. I was in a medical boot due to torn ligaments in my ankle, and she was so considerate, making sure I was ok walking and on the stairs. Since then, she has been an incredible resource, answering every question that we had, always timely and always with a positive attitude. Michelle gave me the keys and did my walk-through and she was also fantastic. She was super engaging and also very thorough with the walk-through. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and so quiet. All of the residents that we have encountered have been friendly. We aren't even 100% unpacked yet, but we already feel like this is home.

Love it so far! Clean and beautiful apartments, nice community areas and wonderful grounds. Still settling in but looking forward to my time here.

I love living here. The staff is friendly and if I ever have any issues, they are handled expertly and quickly. I especially love that I have a fenced in backyard for me and my dog To enjoy.

Moved in about a week ago and everything went very smoothly and the leasing agents were very accommodating and friendly. any questions I had were answered, and I am enjoying living here and love the area.

I recently signed a new lease and I am very pleased with the high level of service I have received. Management is A and the grounds are beautifully kept.

Largely ok. Been disappointed with decreased perks (such as reward points) and increased rents and fees such as amenity fees/parking with no upgrades or a good reason

Everything has been great so far. Beautiful neighborhood and attentive staff. They provided a very smooth move in process and all concerns were addressed promptly.

It’s been a good first home, with minor issues along the way during season changes with AC/HEAT and sewer price issues. But always quick to resolve! Have the friendliest maintenance team.

Disappointed with huge rent increases over the last two years. Maintenance requests are attended to immediately, and that is good. Glad that management enforced a no smoking zone.

So far my experience has been great. I am just moving in but I’ve lived here before. I love this complex. Everyone is so nice here. I definitely recommend!!

Since Melissa took over as manager she has really brought this community up from the disaster it was becoming! Maintenance team is excellent as well! Only things I really wish we had was an upgraded gym area and assigned parking for us tenants. Not fair that some of us who come home late at night from work and have to park far away just because others have friends and family take up all the spots.

I’ve lived here for about 5 years! I love it here! The office is so friendly and so are the other residents! I’m so lucky that they’re so many dogs here for my dog to play with! If I’ve ever made a maintenance request it’s been fixed so quickly which I love

Love how our area is quiet and out of the Danbury madness but yet so close to all the necessities. Great people and great area. Dog friendly and well protected

We’ve had no issues aside from small things like lightbulbs needing replacement or doors needing slight realignment. The unit is cozy and we love it! We want to stay here as long as possible!

The maintenance of the property seems to be more taken care of. This is the best for families and individuals who like more of a condo feel, compared to an apartment feel.

I have recently just moved here, and the transition was very seamless and this area is very peaceful and scenic. I was able to even enjoy the pool upon moving in.

Almost here. 1 year - lease renewed for another. Met some wonderful people to walk with and talk to. Love. being able to use the gym during these HOT days - not to mention the pool.....

So far, so good! The move was pretty easy. The staff is very helpful in responding to my many questions about the community and surrounding area. Minor issues and repairs were solved without hesitation and extremely quick. Added surprise bonus are the weekly food trucks!

This complex is pretty calm, safe and cosy. Neighbourhood is very good. Staff is always ready to give you a helping hand. Surrounded by green area.

Happy with the landscaping Glad they will be power washing Until pool is complete I think tables and chairs should be set up so people can sit out

Very nice layout of unit. Clean and staff and maintenance is courteous and friendly. They are attentive to the needs of a new renter and make you feel at ease.

The Christmas breakfast on December 15 was wonderful. The green pancakes was a very nice touch. The sausage (turkey) my favorite, bagels & muffins were all a wonderful treat. The chefs were a delight. Great way to meet your neighbors. ??????

I love this complex due to not really being an apartment & more of being a town home. You have your own individual door, kind neighbors & kind staff.

Me some very nice neighbors. The place is quiet and peaceful with great views. Great place for walks. Lots of friendly dogs! Parking, access to shopping is a plus

So far so good. I haven't had much time to use the facilities as of yet, but am looking forward to do so. The area is secluded enough so there is not much traffic getting to main roads.

Management and maintenance are huge issues. They have gone downhill the last year half. The staff has had big turnovers, changing staff, and staff quitting. It is a disaster. Its mid-June pool is not open. Bathrooms are the 1950s. Luxury NOT. Ticks everywhere. HIGH RENTS plus GAS and ELECTRIC are astronomical because their systems are outdated. The water is GROSS!

I have lived in Willow Grove for a little over a year before relocating. The interior of the apartment is nicely updated. The neighbors are very friendly. Sadly that’s where the positive points end. The rent is expensive to begin with and on top of that they charge you extra for every little thing such as amenity fee, water, trash, etc. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor snoring in my bedroom. For the price, you can find better value elsewhere.

These buildings are attractive from the outside, but highly overpriced now that the new owner has taken over. Local management is slow and mediocre. It can take months to get even simple items taken care of. Especially crucial for renters is that you read your lease. If it becomes necessary for you to move mid-lease, you will owe them at least four months' rent and 60 days' notice to get out. Two of those four months' rent will be due on the day that you give notice. Do not be fooled by appearances.

Rent, community fees, amenity fees, water, gym, utlities- all these are charged per month but the area and the community just aren't worth it. There are a lot of apartment buildings in the area that offer the same exact perks but for a more affordable rate. I was truly shocked and disappointed with the management staff.

I have come to understand how awful, rude, and incompetant Bozzuto's Mangament tream is. I was lied to during the open house and now I am trapped in a lease. I have submitted two noise complaints that go unaddressed and requested a written explanation twice- once by email and once by phone. Bozzuto never responded.
