Washer and Dryers included in each unit. This apartment complex allows pets up to 20 lbs only - $30/month pet fee and all animals must be approved prior to move in. Limit of 2 animals per apartment. This unit is located on the first floor of the building. Start date of August 1st and lease will continue through July 28th, 2026. Potential for a July move in (dependent on construction). Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit $1,700 is due. Fees are per person. If two tenants are leasing the unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit of $750 per person.
