Property Ratings at Wildwood
Getting a lease here is stressful, unorganized, and a horrible experience. Management is very unorganized, has poor communication, and everything is through a third party. You have to use two other websites to apply, if you have questions you can’t even contact those companies. Even with previous renters history, making enough income, & great credit I still wasn’t approved. Not only that but the process to get a guarantor was beyond stressful and exhausting. Cost nearly $1000 just to sign a lease and there are several hidden charges.

Ashley and Ed are very knowledgeable and friendly a great pleasure to visit with them. In addition, the service requests are responded to promptly even during holiday. I had a broken aerator on the kitchen faucet marked low priority. Even though it was a holiday, the repair appeared the same day. I was pleasantly surprised when he knocked on my door. BTW: The manager, Laura, makes some delicious meatballs for movie nights.
Ashley and Ed are the best and friendliest assistant manager and leasing agent. In addition, the complex respond promptly even to low priority faucet request during holiday. I was pleasantly surprised when a repair man appeared to fix the faucet during this past holiday.
If you are looking for a quite place to live with friendly neighbors, I would apply here! Kaitlyn and the rest of the staff is always so helpful and kind whenever you need help or have questions. It’s a very pet friendly place as well!

Wildwood Apartments are spacious, Quiet, and outside is Always beautiful. I have Been here for a year. Maintenance is always fast. The staff is very helpful. And outside is always kept up nicely M. Stephens
We have been here two months now. The air conditioning had some problems. Immediately they worked to take care of it! Honesty and being true to your word are hard things to come by in this world, many times us renters are cheated out of our contracts with apartment complexes. If you want one who keeps their word, COME to Wildwood! Nadine
Do you enjoy hot water with your shower? If you answered "Yes", Do Not Move Here! I lived there for 5 months before they decided that my need for hot water was beyond their capability to provide, and they "allowed" me to terminate the lease. During my first 30 days at Wildwood, I was without hot water for 8 days. At one point, for 5 consecutive days. After that, whenever they would decide to shut off your hot water, they would leave a note on your door. The note would say that if you felt the need to take a shower, the management would make available and empty apartment for you to take a shower in. Yes, they actually did that. I never did take them up on that offer. Could you imagine it? People lined up with their soap and towel? Wow!!
Although all the apartments don't offer the same amenities you get what you need. It serves the purpose for what I need it for though.
this apartment complex it great , apartments well kept, staff is great they always have some type of activities for the resident from Bingo night to Breakfast on the go in the mornings, close to highway .
