Conroe is located in Montgomery County just north of Houston. Since Interstate 45 travels through Conroe and leads into Houston’s business district, residents prefer living in this suburban neighborhood and commuting to work.
It’s no secret that the cost of living in Conroe is lower than Houston. The city is attractive to many renters because of the reasonable commute times, and it’s only a seven-mile drive to Lake Conroe, a popular outdoor recreational area.
There’s a lot going on in the city – you just have to know where to look. Locals enjoy exploring the Sam Houston National Forest, which covers 163,000 acres of land and is the perfect place for camping or a scenic hike. After a lovely dinner at Red Brick Tavern, locals look forward to a musical at the Crighton Theatre on North Main Street. The Heritage Museum of Montgomery County is a great place to go and learn about the city’s evolution through the decades – and it is right next to Candy Cane Park.

Amazing staff! Sandy was a Huge help yesterday. Easiest process we've had. We cannot wait to call White Oak our home . We love all of the tall trees, the landscape is very well maintained and everyone seems so nice. Our move in date can't get here quick enough. Plus all of the wonderful amenities that are offered.
I've been here for 1.5 months. It's very peaceful. My 2 bedroom is just what I wanted. Beautiful property, good amenities. Very happy so far.
The apartments are well maintained and affordable. But what makes White Oak really special is the friendly staff and beautiful wooded grounds. The mature trees provide much needed shade in the Texas heat and make the place feel like home. ??

White Oak Apts. is Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!! Have lived at White Oak Apts. for almost 9 years now and absolutely love it here!! The location is great!! Just minutes to restaurants, shopping, I45 and so much more! White Oak Apts. is close to everything you need, but yet tucked away in the woods with undeveloped property (with beautiful developed trees) on 2 sides making for a magnificent tranquil setting to enjoy!! White Oak Apts. is an OASIS IN THE CITY!! The entire staff here are all very reliable, very professional and super friendly! The on time maintenance staff and an Incredible Management Team that goes the extra mile makes it all a very very enjoyable experience living at White Oak Apts.!!
I like these apartments because the people here are very friendly and the staff are friendly and very understanding to you the pool area is so amazing and there's a school right across from the apartments and their are lots of stores just a few minutes up the street its very quiet here no loud noises all hours of the night and you don't have to worry about trying to find somewhere to park the office even stays open until 7 and the outside of the apartments are lovely and breathtaking
White Oak Apartments are one of the most friendly apartment complexes i've ever lived in. I've lived in many of my life, and I have never experienced staff who cared so much about their residents. The maintenance staff is very efficient and timely. The pest control is quick. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of trees and open areas for children. The pool, and clubhouse are gorgeous and well taken care of. Their pet deposit and pet rent is a little higher than most around us, but completely worth it since they have an open door policy for most species, and breeds. There is covered parking, and they're not badly priced. The rent is reasonable for the location. You're very close to shopping areas, and within 15 minutes from 2 outlet malls as well as the Woodlands Mall. You should definitely come here!
