Named after its namesake green space, Broadmeadow Brook is a beautiful, wooded neighborhood located about three miles southeast of Downtown Worcester. Broadmeadow Brook Conservation is the largest urban conservation and wildlife sanctuary in New England. The conservation combined with other parks and green space makes Broadmeadow Brook a great spot for renters who enjoy bird watching, hiking, and other outdoor hobbies. Many homes are situated around the sanctuary or other forested areas. The neighborhood offers a variety of mid-range to upscale apartments and townhomes, along with single-family houses in various styles including cottages and colonials. Although Broadmeadow Brook is verdant and feels secluded, there are several stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Property Ratings at Wexford Village
After living there for almost a year I could not wait to escape. I was locked into a 1 year lease and the entire time I dealt with bug problems they couldn’t solve, loud aggressive dogs above me, dog poop ALL around the property including the entire dog park, and poor management and disconnect between the leasing office and the community ownership. It was so bad that I tried to get out a month early. the leasing office manager said he found someone to re-lease my apartment to so I wouldn’t have to pay extra. I find out 2 weeks AFTER the person was supposed to move in that they didn’t and I’m going to pay that month. The way I found out was I popped in and had to corner him because I wanted to close my account. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Any concerns expressed or that may have been previously missed, we would certainly take the time to address. All residents can request a pest control treatment in their resident portal. Our staff send frequent reminder emails to our residents to please pick up after their pets. Our maintenance team will walk the property to pick up dog waste but this is the responsibility of each pet owner. Wexford village is located close to major highways, numerous food options, and various entertainment. Overall our experience here has been great. Staff and maintenance have been responsive to requests. Would highly recommend Wexford village as a future apartment choice. Jon C
