Property Ratings at Westley
Used to be a great place lo live. It was taken over by new management a couple years ago and the upkeep of the property has gone seriously downhill. The pool is also usually closed by the city of Arlington. Lots of leaks and old ac units, moldy windows. The grounds are not kept clean I even had my cat disappear.
Maintenance and upkeep of this property has fallen in quality over the last two years. New management cuts corners wherever they can. Renovated units could use new windows and door seals as they are drafty in winter. Communication with residents needs to be better, there are lots of unannounced water shutoffs for "emergency repairs" (it is NOT an emergency when a unit is scheduled to be renovated, just saying). Good luck with maintenance inquiries, if the request is not ignored is takes a while to get things fixed properly.

This apartment complex is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Arlington. Located directly across the street from a large park, it is an ideal place for families with children and young or elderly couples or singles looking for a safe community. The staff are kind and professional, and the maintenance men have good attitudes and are friendly. The grounds have two pools and a volleyball court, and the workout room is small but has the necessities. Likewise, the apartment homes themselves are not upscale, but they are cozy. Some residents have lived here for a few decades; a fact which, I believe, advertises the apartment all by itself. My family has enjoyed calling this place home
This community has all you could need in the area. The best part is the location. Close access to everything but tucked away near a great park so you don't have the disturbance of traffic and its a fairly small property so resident traffic is to a minimum as well. Great neighbors, everyone is friendly and from my experience fairly quiet. The maintenance is great, good management company and the staff has been there a long time. Covered parking for free is awesome, it is first come first serve but I have never been terribly inconvenienced by this. Not only is the park very close but the community also has a sand volley ball court with picnic tables and grills and two great pools so outdoor activities are popular. most importantly the quality of the homes seems to be great. they have a few different options of upgrades and the layouts are great. I had a hard time choosing what floor plan I wanted to go with. there are cheaper apartments in the area but you get what you pay for and in Arlington I had a hard time finding something this nice in my price range.
This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk in the park, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
The location and community here is amazing. If you are a dog owner or even a running/jogger this is the best place to live in the Arlington area because there is a large park right across the street. It's very quiet, and we haven't had any problems since we've been here. The maintenance crew is very fast if anything is broken. A
