I Love It Here! The staff is really nice and the building is kept very clean. I want to thank them so much! I’ve been here for two years now and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

Nice and comfortable living, great amenities, pool in the summer, friendly staff, beautiful views over Georgetown, the only minus is lots of noisy students who throw parties

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Malgorzata! We're so glad you are enjoying the amenities and scenic views. We understand that noise can sometimes be a concern, and we're always working to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like assistance in addressing this further.
Hopeful that things will improve given the recent changes. Rent is super high compared to others in the area. Amenities lack. The gym is too small to consider it a true amenity worth paying for. The pool is only open a few months during the summer and other buildings keep theirs open much later and longer so the amenity fee makes no sense.
I have had the best experience with maintenance, front desk and or leasing office! you can see that everyone here cares about each and one of their residents and k could not be happier with my stay!
Property Manager at WestEnd25, Responded To This Review
Nothing makes us happier than hearing you validate the genuine care our team has for our residents! Thank you for sharing such uplifting feedback today.
The WestEnd25 is everything you could ever want in an apartment building. It's modern, chic architecture & decor give it a unique, stylish feel. The staff is extremely welcoming & attentive to their residents' needs. With a brand-new gym, spectacular rooftop terrace & pool with a breathtaking view of the city & well-kept common areas, the building amenities suit any renter needs that you may be looking for. The apartments are very spacious with sleek appliances & extremely functional layouts. Just a short walk to DuPont, Foggy Bottom & Georgetown shops & dining, the WestEnd25 is in an unbeatable location. I could not be happier living in the WestEnd25 and with room to grow in the building, looks like I may be here awhile!
