I’ve lived here since 2019 and love it. The staff are wonderful, the building is maintained well, and my apartment is quiet. The last TRAX Green Line stop before the airport is within walking distance, so I never have to deal with airport parking when I fly. Also, I get to see neighbors’ dogs almost every day. They’re good dogs.

The apartments are close to light rail that goes right to the Salt Lake International Airport. Within minutes driving you can be on east-west/north-south freeways. The staff is professional and caring. They strive to create a community that is inclusive. The community is fairly quiet. I find the apartments to be great value compared to others in the Salt Lake area—I’ve lived here for almost a decade!

I have lived at west station for over 2 years now. It’s been great every time I have needed to re up my lease it’s been easy. This year I got married and moved into a larger unit very and Lisa and Cynthia made it very easy and seamless to get that moved over. It’s been great every time I have filled out at service ticket Phil has been there same/next day to fix the problem! I’d recommend west stations to friends. It’s right off i80 and 5mins from down town salt lake?

The building is a lot newer than other apartments in the area. The staff is respective of its tenant's privacy and has always been transparent with their rates and fees. The gym equipment could be better, but they've already sent out a notice stating they're upgrading it soon. Manager: Lisa holds the place down and is a pleasure to work with.
I’ve lived in this awesome community for quite a while now. The vetting process is very good. We have a building full of winners. If you want to have a peaceful, caring, and overall happy place to live…West Station Welcomes you! Also, these guys have gone above and beyond to accommodate for people and there pets. We have a dog run that’s gated in. Nice lawns. Don’t forget about the gym.
Writing this review because management has not responded to any attempts to reach them via email about a well known issue, but we know they read reviews regularly and might respond quickly to a situation they are well aware of. All floors (except bedroom) are “hardwood” and create a constant noise challenge for those living on floors 1 - 3. Your only hope is that the people above you are considerate enough to take off their shoes AND buy a rug for high traffic areas/to put underneath their furniture — otherwise you will constantly hear the people above you moving around and be put in a situation management doesn’t know how to properly resolve. It is a true problem because after calling security enough times during “quiet hours” to resolve the issue, they just threatened to stop protecting the property anymore. They also won’t do anything in between the time management leaves and quiet hours start. When asking management to resolve the issue during the day, they say “We can’t MAKE them be quiet or charge a fee for their disruptive noises.” If there is a solution, it should be reasonable to see management explain how they resolved the tenant’s concerns once it has been addressed in their responses to the online review, and not just leave readers hanging with something like “We are sorry your experience has not been entirely positive... Please contact us directly so we may proceed with the above concerns.” or “We are glad everything has been taken care of since then.” ...Especially if they aren’t really finding out about the concern through an online review in the first place. It is not fair that they get to go home and sleep peacefully while those of us here have to sit idly by, knowing that if we addressed the issue directly with our neighbors, we would be evicted (as they have done with someone who did that).
Currently, 10 Mar 18. This management team here now it's great. Both ladies do a wonderful Job. The building is clean and quiet.
They're unorganized, sloppy, and are constantly changing employees. Almost never in their office and leave whenever they want. If you have a problem it will take minimum 3-4 days to get fixed.
Where do I begin? Management that lies, deceives and is completely unprofessional. I truly do not who is worse Danica, the Manager, or the "Leasing Agent." Danica claims she has 15 years of management experience, so apparently the "management qualification" bar is extremely low these days. Whenever I go to professionally speak with her about apartment issues (like not have water for 5 days, not having proper internet, compensation solutions) she gets attitude, lies and starts crying. The "Leasing Manager" is just as bad if not worse. She is RARELY in her office, shows up to work like it's a pajama party (wearing socks with slide shoes and a pizza box) and tells me after being without water for 5 days to "be an adult." Umm excuse me, I pay rent and utilities and have a full time job do not lecture me or ANY of your residents on how to be an adult. Do all the residents a favor and salvage whatever is left of West Station's reputation. Replace your management and add professionalism to your company's values.
When I first moved here I loved it, but we now have new owners and new management. They didn't refill the bags to clean up after our pets with for 3 weeks and then left a passive agressive note that said if we didn't clean up after our dogs it was a $50 fine. I could look past that, then a pipe in the sprinkling system burst and the fire alarms were going off for hours. Things happen I could forgive that too, but as of right now we are on day 3 of no water and management has provided porta potties. They didn't provide water, hand sanitizer or any compensation as of yet. They also have not communicated to us when the water will be turned back on. Yesterday when we tried to talk to the manager she had left before the office was closed and turned the lights off and locked the door. This is unacceptable and if you are thinking about moving here I would seriously reconsider.
