Aliana is a cozy, self-contained neighborhood in Richmond, Texas, roughly 23 miles southwest of Downtown Houston. It is just six miles northeast of Downtown Richmond and seven miles northwest of Sugar Land, making this neighborhood popular for commuters traveling throughout the Houston area. I could not say anything bad about this property. First of all, the staff is amazing, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. The apartments are always so nice and clean and not to mention how nice they are from inside. I would strongly recommend this place. I love it, looking forward to a long time living here.

I don’t feel safe in this building as it’s easy to get in -there’s always a door open and once you get in you can roam the building and access other floors! But you won’t give delivery people access to the building for after hour deliveries. My first weekend here I had a package deliver on a Saturday after hours and placed outside and it was stolen. Unacceptable! But yet again I empathize -anyone can access any floor once inside. . Greystar West End needs to allow delivery drivers access after hours. I can’t control when my items are being delivered and they shouldn’t be stolen. Also, I didn’t realize when I chose this apartment that the trash dumpsters are place right outside my balcony door, even though I’m on the 4th floor, it’s very loud and I can’t imagine the person living on the 1st floor having to deal with that. There’s a lot of race cars driving after 11pm on the weekend! And the fireworks with the surrounding subdivisions on New Years weekend were horrible. I’m not looking forward to the 4th of July. The only positives I have is H-E-B , Target and a lot of restaurants are right across from me.
