Great staff. The communication between leasing and residents has been amazing. I love the events every month. Never have an issue finding a parking spot. Package service is easy to navigate. The concierge team is awesome.

Great neighborhood....everything important within walking distance...grocery store below us, bank nest door, CVS across the street...25 restaurants we can walk to...church, library, city hall, dentist, doctor, etc....all walkable. Great staff and amenities.

The West Broad staff is very resident friendly, willing to listen and always trying to help when asked. The amenities provided are really great. The morning coffee service is an excellent way to get to know other residents. The pop-up parties are also wonderful; two this past week!

This is my first time living in an apartment. The building is great with lots of amenities. The employees are fantastic, very helpful, cheerful and kind. Location is close to many restaurants.

So far, my experience has been amazing. Every staff member I have encountered has been truly exceptional. I love the apartment and all the amenities. I love the neighborhood. West Broad St. is a reat place to live! It is very centrally located and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, gyms and more. The building staff is wonderful and so friendly. The building amenities are top notch! Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely the BEST place we have stayed since moving to the DMV in 2018. There is a sense of community that does not exist in other sites and complexes we have lived in. The people that manage and run this building care and show it everyday by doing the "little things".

West Broad is a good place to live. The noise level is sometimes too loud and the constant stench (moldy smell) in the halls need to be addressed. However, most residents are friendly and kind. The concierge service is superior!

I love my new home. The move yesterday was so seamless. I kept waiting for there to be an issue; for the other shoe to drop. It just didn’t. So far, my 1 cat and I are settling in. She is more stressed about it than I am, but she’ll be fine eventually. Cat #2 will be here next week, and I will be slowly moving other things over like clothes and bathroom/kitchen supplies. So far, no issues. I love it here, everyone that has been involved has been beyond helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Mov in experience was tremendous. I learned all I need to do is communicate with the mgmt team and everything is solved within minutes or hours, depending on the issue. I needed a new dryer and had one within the hour! Talk about resident service.

I love living in the West Broad complex. The Cue and Hearth is exquisite and so comfortable to sit and relax there with a good book. The complimentary coffee is a wonderful addition.

Move in was a breeze but after a day we had an issue with our washer, we put in a request but it still hasn't been fixed. They've made some effort but I wish it was fixed by now

Rent is way too high, over-all nice building, but value is bad, rent and fees only go up and up and up, truly stinks! Most neighbors are nice, currently ours are the worst.

I have enjoyed every moment that I have lived at this property. I have no plans on moving from here. The staff is so friendly and actually it feels like home more & more every day. Everyone I have met here has been very friendly and that is a big bonus for me. I love interacting with residents and it is so easy to make new friends. I have been here for quite a long time and everyday it feels like I have made the right decision to stay. I’d also like to send a shout out to the maintenance staff. They respond very quickly and are so helpful to me since I cant really do a lot of things I have done in the past. I look forward to living here for the foreseeable future. I love my apartment at West Broad. I overlook the swimming pool so it’s like living at a resort. The staff and other residents are are so friendly I feel as if we’re family. There are building-sponsored activities regularly so there’s something for everyone.

This is a great community with amazing staff and facilities. There’s a ton of events that get hosted here. There’s treats available for pets at the front and a secure package room so you don’t have to worry about your items being stolen. And the location is super convenient - right above a Harris Teeter, and down the street from a Giant, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. There’s so many restaurants nearby and the fact there’s a covered parking garage with multi level parking is amazing. I’ve got zero complaints. My apartment has updated appliances and I have a pretty nice view from my home. It’s great!

I have enjoyed living here since the very beginning. Being the first resident, I’ve seen a lot of people, both residents and employees, come and go. I’ve lived in two different apartments here and been very comfortable in both. This is a beautiful building with lots of amenities. There’s also lots of resident events, and I’ve attended many of them. I’ve been spoiled by having a grocery store downstairs, often running down to get a forgotten item or something I’m craving. I walk to work and many other places within the City. The sunsets on the west side of the building are just spectacular! All this to say - I’ll be leaving soon, and while I will definitely miss living here and all the friends I’ve made, it’s time to retire. I’ve bought a beautiful house, close to my son and his family, and will be able to spend more time with my grandkids. And I hope to be able to travel some. Thank you, West Broad, for all you’ve done for me and supporting me through the years. I’ll be back to visit!

West Broad had been my home for over three years and I've loved it. Kim and her team has always been so approachable and friendly. Right after I moved out, I accidentally ordered a large package and when I arrived to pick it up Mueed walked it to my car and helped fit it within my car. Thank you!

I’ve been living at West Broad for about a year now and it is one of my favorite communities that I’ve lived in. The building is great, the he neighbors are nearly all friendly and nice (a mix of people aged 20-70). Giang at the front desk is fantastic and brightens every resident’s day. They also do a great job at organizing events for the residents

Absolutely fantastic place to live. The complex is extremely quiet, It is always clean and the staff is outstanding. Giang personally made sure the move in/out process was very smooth as well as my time staying there. The sense of community within the building is great as they put on many activities and events year round. It is in a great location in downtown Falls Church close to everything. I highly recommend living here.

The overall atmosphere here is exceptional. It is my belief that this is mostly because of the staff at the West Broad. The amenity programs contribute to a sense of community for many of the residents, giving them a chance to meet and socialize with other residents. I hope I live out my life here!
