The city of Everett was settled in 1630 as part of Charlestown. It became an independent city in 1892. Though much of Everett is comprised of charming residential living, West Everett encompasses the more engaging and entertaining part of town. Breweries, restaurants, and a diverse mix of rentals line the roads off Main Street. The area itself is extremely walkable, putting the whole of Downtown Everett just a few minutes’ walk in either direction.
If you choose to rent an apartment in Everett, you'll be about four miles from Revere Beach. You'll also be less than three miles from Downtown Boston, with the MBTA Orange Line available for car-free commuting.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Wellington Parkside
Don't be misled by the price on the lease they offer, they will charge you from the other side anyway. The price is high and living quality is poor.
Worst management, worst housing, no security, no proper maintenance... not worth of staying here... I was staying here for about 9 months now... The maintenance is so poor, I had complained for the replacement of my cooktop when I joined the apartment, till date no one showed up upon multiple complaints. None of the cameras work in any part of the apartment, management is not available for help at any point of time, the packages always keep missing have to contact the seller for other alternatives.Garage doors are also left unlocked. Today I had one more worst experience... I brought a new car 2 months ago, parked it in the garage parking paying 75$ per month, parked as usual and today in the morning when am about to start to office all my 4 tires of the car were missing and are stolen, called cops and reported a case... likely there was a camera right in front of my car .. when I met the management to talk about the loss and to look at the camera footage, they said the cameras aren’t working, also they were so rude saying they aren’t responsible for any type security here in the apartment and the amount that is paid is just to reverse a parking spot... when asked about the security of the apartment, they said they aren’t responsible for anything. I have never seen such an irresponsible management with such negligence, reckless and diligence.
Not worth the price. Traffic is horrible and will only get worse with the Casino. Getting to and from the train station is difficult with traffic and construction. Heating and air conditioning runs constantly and it sounds like you're inside your neighbors' apartments. Gym equipment is constantly unavailable and broke. Garage doors are left open and frequently broken for people that don't want to pay which is nice for them. Garage is a hangout for kids to play and party due to it being left open and having open sides that they climb over. Garage doors are also left unlocked. Trash is left in the hallway and piles up in the garage. Some people pay no money for parking and others pay $100. Maintenance requests are ignored and constantly needed throughout the property. Loud planes fly low and directly over the building.
New leadership is really bad. Upcharging everything. Not worth the price with no amenities and not easy to walk to the train.
The Garage: No security and multiple garage doors are left open 24/7. Kids from the neighborhood hangout, drink and smoke in their cars. Car music is loud, they rev engines, litter, drive fast through the garage, skateboard and do various other activities. Leaving the doors open 24/7 gives them a great place to get out of the sun, hide from adults and police and it’s a convenient way to cut through from the basketball courts and trail. It’s also used by other drivers in town to access Air Force Road and avoid traffic on the main street. Wellington Parkside makes it very convenient for everyone. It would be nice if they didn’t drive so fast when cutting through the garage. Someone is going to get hurt. It is difficult to find open parking spots when it rains and snows because people that do not pay for garage parking are allowed to park there. They’re actually encourage during the winter months because there is not adequate space outside when it snows and they block half the parking off for plowing. On the plus side you don't need to pay for garage parking. It's free for everyone! Noise: Floors, ceilings and walls are very thin. Kids running in the hallway make a lot of noise, you hear neighbors talking and everything else that happens. Planes fly very low when landing and make a lot of noise. Mostly noticeable when trying to sleep. Garbage: Cleaning is bad and you can smell garbage from the trash rooms. The collect big items in the garage for long periods of time which looks horrible and takes up parking spaces.
Lived here for almost 1 year. In the beginning it was good but then the problems came. VERY noisy on the 5th floor despite multiple complaints from different people. Still not addressed. Kids running in the hallway every night from 11pm to 2am. The walls also extremely thinner. You hear your neighbors talk. Almost everyone have AC issues. The garage you pay for has zero secunity and always open. The cleaning is really bad and usually you can smell the garbage from the trash room. Really not worth the price. Senior Management are not doing their job. And they seem desperate to gethe tenants so many weird people living here and you see people hanging out in the garage.
I am new to the Boston, MA area and really did not know much about living in and near the city. I found this beautiful apartment complex located in a small town right outside of Boston, MA called Everett. There is a bus station right across the street for public transportation that will bring you to the train station that is a mile away. The building has top of the line appliances and is brand new. It is so new that construction is still happening on part of the building but should be done relatively soon. I am very pleased with this apartment complex so far and am excited to be living in the Boston area!
Brand new building. All rooms are large. brand new appliances. Awesome little Juliet balconies that allow fresh air in. Steve and Danielle were very helpful in the application and move in process and still friendly after the fact. Excited for the gym and clubhouse to be completed shortly! Building does not compare to previous places rented and visited.
Compared to places I have lived this is by far the best. Brand new appliances, huge bathrooms and closets, with ample amounts of natural light.
Great reception when i visited today! Danielle was absolutely friendly and made it easy for me to decide on this property.
