Property Ratings at Weber Terrace Apartments
The rent is fairly reasonable at the apartment so you do get what you pay for. I would consider Weber Terrace, for its price range, to be perfectly satisfactory. It is a very basic apartment: no air conditioner, no dishwasher. For what you pay, the 1 bedroom is fairly large. I liked the location since I could walk to the Safeway across the street for groceries, there is a running trail nearby, and the highway is only a few blocks away. Some have said the walls are thin; on occasion I did hear a neighbor but it was often on the weekends during the day when they were listening to music a bit too loud. Pros: Low cost Fairly quiet area Convenient to amenities Cons: Parking is tight; especially if you have a large vehicle It is close to the hospital; sometimes can hear flight for life helicopter No air conditioner and the windows do not allow for an external unit; you must get a portable A/C
this place is bad place to live at. bed bugs all the time, dumpster is right under the windows the smell is horrendous. manger wont do anything to clean the place up .full of drug related problems most tenets are drug dealers or using drugs. even when the lease say no drugs, they do not enforce it at all very very poor conditions. the apartments have no insulation, the hot water works some times, they will not fix any thing no matter how many times you tell them, can hear the people next and below you talking or fighting, no security of any kind. laundry room is a joke floods with water all the time and smell like a swamp, steps are very dangerous no hand rails or anti slip surface of any kind. the windows leak so bad you can feel the wind blow right thru the place. the parking is so bad you have to fight the neighbors for your spot to park ,or park in the street is what they tell you. the court yard as they call it is full of weeds and crap all the time. they only care about getting your money for the crap apartments. the management is a waste of time. you will get screwed the second you complain about any thing at all,be warned this place is dangerous place to live at drug dealers and all the crap that goes with it. save your self and just don't bother with this place it is the worst of the worst to live at.
infested with bed bugs code enforcement says they can't do anything because the manager is making an attempt I lived here 1 year and 9 months and for a whole year I didn't know I had them it wasn't until summer time that they became a problem and I found in my lease where they knew a whole year before then that this place was infested and did nothing no spraying nothing for an entire year. they won't fix ANYTHING
