Georgetown contains endless amounts of activities, from shopping to exploring the outdoors and everything in between. Should you choose to rent in Georgetown, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the lush gardens at Dumbarton Oaks and Tudor Place, peruse the shops on M Street, listen to live jazz at Blues Alley, see where John F. Kennedy proposed to Jackie, kayak the Potomac River, pose near the steps from The Exorcist, savor a meal at one of the restaurants on the Washington Harbor, stroll along the Georgetown Waterfront, and indulge your sweet tooth at any of the many cupcakeries in town.
Just two miles from Downtown Washington, DC, Georgetown is a mere 15-minute walk from the Foggy Bottom Metro stop.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Weavers Row
I visited this apartment about a month ago and was contacted shortly after to provide income information and complete a waitlist application. Over the next few weeks, we exchanged multiple emails. I was eventually told I was approved, given a move-in date, had an account created in their system, and was instructed to pay a $500 deposit and purchase renters insurance—both of which I did. I also informed two other properties that I had chosen a different apartment, and they removed me from their lists. Unfortunately, just three days later, Weavers Row called to say they had made a mistake and that I would not be able to move in after all. The reason? The apartment turned out to be designated for a lower income bracket—even though the very first thing they requested from me was the income verification I submitted nearly a month earlier. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, especially since I had already turned down other opportunities and had to restart my housing search from scratch.

Excellent layouts , brand new , nice amenities and outstanding service by the staff
do not rent an apartment facing prospect street- the windows DO NOT block out the traffic noise and (despite the rendering showing only a cyclist) it's constant gridlock, engine idling, and too often horns into the night. the windows were sourced for looking nice, not for functioning well (they are also hard to open for ventilation) the shower shelves in units without baths- the shelves were installed by someone who doesn't know that there are people shorter than 5'10" and the shelf is not particularly useful for anyone shorter than that who uses any bottles with pumps.
