Really nice community, parking and accessing your unit can be a pain. The concierge team is super nice but the actual property staff has been dry. Internet has been a issue since move in
The Wi-Fi has been consistently unreliable since I moved in two years ago, and unfortunately, there have been no improvements. Additionally, some of the current front desk staff come across as unfriendly and at times even confrontational, which creates an unwelcoming environment

I just moved into WatterScape, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The move-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the helpful and welcoming staff. Everything was clean and ready when I arrived, and the apartment looked even better in person than it did in the photos. The community feels safe and peaceful, and the neighbors I’ve met so far have been super friendly. I’m really impressed with the amenities and the overall upkeep of the property. I just wish the floors and walls were not so thin. I have very high ceilings and I can still hear the people on the third floor walking above me. As for the walls, I can hear my neighbors watching tv in their bedroom that backs up to my living room. Then I can hear my neighbors in my bedroom when they have company. Everything else is Great!!! The amenities, pool and game area. The work out gym is incredible. I really love the pavilion area that’s across from the apartments. It belongs to apartments and they did a really nice job with it. It’s a great place to go sit and relax. Even work on a laptop on a nice evening. I would have given it a five stars if it wasn’t for the walls and floors being so thin.

The staff is amazing , very professional, the leasing office is always clean and smells good . The apartment complex is calm ??, and always clean. The concierge is always present and do their job so well. Since I have been here , I have never had a bad experience, the security here is top notch ??. I moved here when it first opened the property isn’t the same. The dynamics have changed here. The up keep is very different. Makes me sad because at one time this was my happy place. Referred a few friends here kinda of embarrassed now.

I’ve enjoy been here been here almost 2 years. Everyone so nice. And it is quiet, wish they had more handicap parking. Office and other staff all been wonderful.

The apartment complex is very quiet and kept very clean. If you need any maintenance( light bulbs changed, filters, anything at all) you just log on the site, fill out a request, and it is usually handled a.s.a.p within 24-48 hours. The office staff is extremely friendly and always there to answer questions and/or concerns. I think of this apartment as my home .

Overall I have enjoyed living here. It’s quiet and neighbors are friendly. I don’t enjoy that people don’t pick up their dog mess but that’s a people thing not an apartment thing.

I called a few times about a work order and it is still not done. My sink is not fixed along with my bathroom door. Very disappointed. I asked them to call before entry and no call.
It’s been a great place to live, but we have had some concerns and complaints as of late about noise from the unit above us. Over time, the excitement of the newness has worn off.

I’ve been living here for a year, and I absolutely love it! The gym and pool are excellent, helping me stay in shape and unwind. The clubhouse with co-working spaces is perfect for work, and the unlimited coffee is a nice perk. My apartment is bright, clean, and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downsides are occasional unstable internet and speed bumps in the parking lot. However, the secure and clean parking area makes up for these inconveniences. Overall, I’m happy with my choice and recommend this complex!

I enjoy living here. Feels safe. Gated parking and specific access codes attest to that. Relatively quiet. You hear the normal noises when living in apartments like potential foot steps from above or people laughing in the courtyards. Nothing too loud or out of the ordinary! I’ve been here for a year and look forward to renewing my lease.

I am writing to express my concern regarding dog waste being left every day at the exit which I use. It has become increasingly difficult to walk around without encountering dog poop, which not only creates an unpleasant environment but also poses health risks to residents and pets.

Great, safe , calm area to live in, plus walking trails, pond, restaurants & movies walking distance. Allen outlets 3 minutes away. Management always friendly and helpful.

I haven’t had really any issues besides your main things you can call maintenence for and they fix everything promptly. Very nice and quiet community and the parking garage is a huge plus

Had to submit noise complaints about 20 times for a dog barking non stop above our unit. Went to the new manager and she insinuated that I was lying . When I given proof that n multiple occasions. It took almost 8 to get to get this issue resolved.
Awesome place to live. Staff is amazing. Maintenance is very helpful. Location is super convenient. Commuting anywhere is very easy because of the location. The upgrades that were made even with the complex being new, lets you know they are never content with “just good”. They’re making it great!!! I love it

Watterscape’s Dynamics has changed. I’ve been here almost 2yrs and the last couple of months have changed. People do not take care of the property like before. Garage is left in the hallways when we have no pick up for that day. People leave Dog poop everywhere. I feel like no action is ever taken on these concerns . It use to be a beautiful place to live not so much anymore.
I haven’t lived in apartments in approximately 2 decades! I’m so glad that i choose waterscape as my first apartment since all of that time! Waterscape has all the amenities i could hope for!
Great service and amenities! Very clean and everyone is friendly. Love the closet and storage space. The gym is fully equipped, there is a professional coffeemaker in the lobby.
Very helpful staff, answered questions promptly prior to moving in. Lisa was super attentive and ensured I had everything I needed to make moving a smooth experience.
Neighbors are nice, overall very attentive staff. Really enjoying my amenities, and the community they have built here. also very dog friendly and love to see all of the pups!
We absolutely love living in Watterscape Urban Residential! One of the biggest highlights for us is the incredible concierge service—they are always so supportive, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we need. The management team is hands down the best we've ever experienced. They are always approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely care about creating a great living experience for everyone. Whether it’s resolving questions, addressing concerns, or improving the community, they’re always on top of it. Another thing we truly appreciate is how they organize cozy and fun events that bring neighbors together. These events add a wonderful sense of community and make living here so much more enjoyable. It's well-managed, welcoming, and filled with thoughtful touches that make it truly special. Highly recommended!

I love my apartment and the amenities that it has to offer. my compliant would be how the residents treat the community. No respect to having something nice and just disregard to respect to how to treat the community. I believe rules need to be enforced more.

Living here is just great! The gym and pool are awesome, perfect for working out or relaxing. The clubhouse is fantastic, especially the co-working spaces, which are super convenient. And the unlimited coffee is a dream! The apartment is bright, clean, and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Liz—she’s always ready to assist with any issues. The downsides are the unstable internet and the speed bumps in the parking lot. But the parking is secure and clean, which we really appreciate. We still love it here!
