It’s been awesome living here, well maintained and great amenities! Only negative is they are pretty aggressive with annual rent increases. I’d suggest talking with other residents and trying to negotiate in a block.

Just moved in and so far it's great. I think some common spaces (lobby, pool, etc.) could be a little cleaner or powerwashed. Some appliances in unit are a bit older/noisy but work for the most part.

My heat went out and within an hour Jason confirmed and brought me space heaters. The heating company arrived 1st thing next day and changed out broken fan. Now my heat works better than ever.

I moved to the USA from India seven years ago and have been calling Watertown Mews my home ever since. I just love the location, the other residents, and the events here. Beautiful units and nice people. Management is responsive. Property and main areas are very clean and cleaned frequently. Noise insulation is not great. Can hear a bunch of noise from the main road late at night/early morning. Cleanliness upon move-in not great. Paint spackle on floors, dirty floors in general, dead bugs in lighting fixtues, and one of the kitchen lights is not working.

So far so good. Has been pleasant so far. Little pricey and don’t think we should pay for water or the sewer utilities given how much rent is.

Lovely place to live with cool gym, nice pool (wish pool were a little deeper though) and great staff. Quiet for the most part; not a party building. Great for professionals who work from home. Have never seen a rodent; just a couple fun bunnies.

So far I love the mews. Great amenities, helpful staff, and awesome units. The bus into Harvard is awesome, a huge help with my commute. I also love the unit cleaning options.

Just moved in but the place always smells clean, looks clean, and well maintained since when I viewed the property as a potential place of residence. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They are also quick to respond. So far, My family and I really like it here.

The locality is amazing, the rooms have enough space. The leasing team especially Wayne was very helpful when he gave a tour and when we first came to the apartment. The maintenance team is quick on resolving issues.

Have only lived in the community for a month, but so far so good. Amenities are well thought-out, such as trash collection directly from your apartment door and a shuttle bus to Watertown Square. The neighbourhood is tidy and there's a grocery store across the street. The apartment itself was as advertised, some minor scratches and imperfections and the appliances are rather dated but everything works. Management staff are friendly and professional, although sometimes it has taken multiple times asking to get a straight answer. Package lockers are often full, but that's a problem you'll have basically everywhere. The biggest issue is that access control to the building has been broken since I moved here, essentially anyone is able to freely walk into the building. Apartment doors are controlled by electronic fobs and not "hard keys" which I personally dislike, but so far it has worked fine.

Super convenient location with respect to work and downtown Boston! Great amenities with a family friendly community. Maintenance is great and hardly ever have to ask for them.

It seems like a decent place to live so far. There's not a lot to complain about. There's always parking and it's close to the grocery stores.

Love it here. The staff are always responsive and eager to help with issues. Also love all the great amenities, which are always kept very clean. I’ve been here for about 2.5 years and just signed another lease.

This property was great when the last management team was here. They then switched people in management, and now, the office is empty sometimes. I haven't asked for anything lately, but it doesn't feel as friendly or warm as before. Also, most of the maintenance are excellent people and great at their jobs. But there has been 1-2 recently who were rude and not willing to help. Good overall, seemingly declining. For the price, more could be expected. I'm okay with it, but with rent increases likely coming up this year, possibly moving on.

Watertown Mews offers upscale apartments with a convenient location. The amenities are nice; the community is clean. For the price of rent, I would expect better quality units. Our kitchen relies on shivs to keep the counters level and the fan in the bathroom is strategically placed to cover the over-cut hole for the fan. Overall, it is a nice place to live.
Excellent service and amenities! The staff here make me feel like I am at home and are always asking me if I need assistance with anything.
