Shifted here due to pest infestations in my previous house. It has been neat, wonderful and so convenient with regards to accessibility to the PATH, grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location, close to transit. The shuttle is amazing. Management and maintenance are great. Janitorial service ( in common spaces) has declined since the change in janitorial service company.

Not good, sometimes the packages get lost, sometimes its given to someone else. When I initially moved, the apartment had so much pending stuff, the 2/4 air conditioner were not working. The apartment is not helpful while moving in. They do not have a good cart to move stuff. The one that they have has nails coming out of it, scratched my leg literally blood gushing out.
After living at Water's Edge Apartment Community for over four years, I can confidently say this has been one of my best housing experiences. The community has truly become my home, offering the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and community.

I enjoy being here, with the caveat that there is a doorman in one building instead of the other. However, I enjoy the location of the apartment complex, the shuttle service is extremely convenient and the maintenance facilities are quite responsive.

Good neighborhood, very safe community, I like that it has a mix of multiple cultures staying around. The apartment itself is very nice, never had any issues with the amenities that it comes with. Maintenance is prompt and arrives by the next day. The gym and pool are decent, it's like you get what you pay for. I stay in the building on 1st street, and sometimes the street can be very noisy, the car garage/speed shop in the front can be really noisy - this is my only real complaint with this apartment.

The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by — grocery stores, cafes, and public transport are all within walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming.The building itself is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in, with modern appliances, a spacious layout, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. Watersedge is a nice place to live. It's clean. Quite and close to all major highways. Only 20 minutes to the WTC. Management is good .Maintenance moves ASAP once you put in your request. The neighborhood is quite. 15 minute walk to NJPAC. They ask for your opinion. If your review isn't 5 stars and the comments are not good you cannot submit the message

It is quite peaceful. Their shuttle facility is good.Gym is not that great. The management doesnot respond at times. Overall a good place to stay.

I just moved into a bigger apt in the same building. It's awesome living here! The shuttle to the Path is an amazing amenity! The pool and the gym are also great to have!
