Love this place!

I've been here for two plus years and have ZERO complaints. The staff has always been supportive and patient. The community is fun and engaging. Ton's of onsite events for the community. Very safe and quiet place to live. Definitely recommend taking a look....you won't find a better place in Parker! Andrea, Sherri, Sam, Rob, Peter & Scott are all amazing and there for help!

The best place to call home!

Great Location and Amenities

Been living here for almost two years now and love it. Great location and amenities. Love the monthly activities that the front office plans. The manager Andrea and Evelyn are very friendly and helpful. They do a awesome job. This apartment has great access to local business.

Love this Property!

We love living at Watermark on Twenty Mile! The property is beautiful, clean and the residents are friendly. The floor plans are spacious and have nice open concepts. Andrea was was really helpful in helping us pick out the best floor plan for our family and Evelyn was really friendly, knowledgeable about the property and helped answer all of our questions. Highly Recommend

I recomend Watermark on Twenty Mile apartments to everyone! I visited some friends and i loved their apartment! We went down to the clubhouse for coffee and met Andrea and Evelyn they were so nice. My current lease expires in November and i will be back to lease my next home here! Love it!

I recently moved in to Watermark on Twenty Mile and the property is top notch. The office staff is amazing! Andrea, Evelyn, and Sherri were all very welcoming and professional. The service manager, Troy, has a solid team with Rob & Peter and there absolutely no issues with my apartment- Love it! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Kudos to ALL the staff at Watermark on Twenty Mile

I cannot say enough about the Front Office Staff at Watermark on Twenty Mile! Andrea, Evelyn and Sherry are all wonderful! If you need ANYTHING, they are ON IT! Friendly, professional and diligent! I have lived here for almost two and a half years and this has been the best experience. Leaving my beautiful house in Stonegate after my husband and I separated was difficult but this apartment complex was a lovely port in the storm. I will be moving to South Carolina soon. They made this transition for me and my husband who also lived here seamless. When LOTS of other apt. complexes in the Denver Metro Area are competing for you, this apt. complex is top notch! Everyone who works here from the Front Office Staff to the Maintenance Crew of Troy and Peter are exceptional! I love to catch people doing GOOD! This place is THE BEST! I love my home!

I love the open floor plans, luxury upgrades, and amenities. I have called this home for almost 3 years and don’t plan on leaving. The maintenance team with Troy and Peter is 5 star. Management with Evelyn and Andrea are solid and quick to help. Apartment life also helps create community- Lauren and Jason Rock!! Thanks for a safe and amazing home!

Watermark is Great!

Cannot move out fast enough

I have lived in this community for 3 years. I cannot leave soon enough. The management has changed over the past year and it is not for the better. The maintenance staff is fantastic - timely, helpful and they get the job done well. The leasing office is completely non-responsive to emails, nor voicemails, nor inquiries through their website if you are a resident. I cannot comment on if you're looking to join the community what communication is like. Additionally, be aware, if you are late at all on your utilities there are late fees assessed. This normally wouldn't be something to even mention, aside from the fact that the late fee is not 5% of your utility bill - it is 5% of your rent. You cannot auto pay your utilities, only your rent. So if you have a life circumstance that makes you miss a utilities payment, your late fee will in all likely be higher than your total utilities bill. It's a shame. I rarely write reviews but I believe this is information prospective tenants should know. The community is beautiful and safe. The maintenance staff is incredible. However the management leaves a lot to be desired. It's also worth noting the hot tub was closed for 6 months in 2022 and when it reopened it still didn't pump hot water. Just FYI. Good luck!

Love it here!

Very clean, updated interior, gym is clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew is phenomenal, they will continue to work on the issue until it is totally resolved. Shout out to Peter and Troy for fixing my door!!

Loved living here!!

I had a great experience living here. Peter and Troy would always make it a point to say hi to me and ask me how I was doing. They keep the place looking great even though they are short staffed, they are always working so hard. Andrea and Whitney are super helpful and do their best to help residents even though the office is also short staffed. I would definitely recommend living here.

Squandered Potential, Lying Management

I really did want to give this property a good review; I have lived here since before the official opening of the property in 2019 - it is in a beautiful and convenient location, but unfortunately that is the only positive now. This property was new when I moved in and had so much potential, but a revolving door with successive teams of management have only made things worse. Firstly, rules are not enforced. Cars park illegally wherever, even in clearly marked off areas and management won't do anything about it. Children play unsupervised in the pool area, trash piles up everywhere because the trash delivery service cancels frequently, management does not enforce the rules of having trash sitting at your door, and there is only one trash compactor for the entire community. Maintenance requests always require followup by the tenant - this is indicative of a major communication and management failure. We have submitted 4 service requests for an Air Conditioning problem over the past year and it is still not resolved. Another case highlighting management and communication failure was when the property had to post signs on garages because they didn't know which tenants were renting them. This should be worrisome to anyone considering renting here if rental agreements cannot be found. There are also no signs marking the area as private property. You will see large groups of people walking through the parking lots from the nearby walking trails to get to other places in the town. Finally, management makes changes and closes amenities without clear communication. Recently, they changed payment systems, making paying rent much more complicated and inconvenient. A key change in this process, they did not even communicate via email. I called about this and was coldly lied to that this was communicated and even on the payments website (it is not). This property had so much potential. Management has run it into the ground. The current manager is cold and rude. If you're a resident, you don't matter. They only want you to sign that lease and then you will never hear from them again.

Exceptional

If you're looking for a new apartment in the Parker area you must go to The Watermark on Twenty Mile. Of all the apartments I've been to this place consistently stands out as the all around best. I heard that they recently underwent a staff turnover and from what I've seen it was the right move. The new community manager Andrea goes above and beyond to make me feel like I'm living at a high end resort. I appreciate the little things and to the detailed effort she puts in around the property. The assistant manager, Marina is constantly working her tail off to make sure everything i need is handled properly and professionally. They also have a girl up front in the leasing office, That actually treated us a people and not dollar signs. Her name is Jenn and not only was she understanding but she went of her way to take care of a recent issue we had. so friendly and made me feel like the staff genuinely cared about the people that live here. The last person I can say without a doubt is a true gift at The Watermark is the grounds keeper. He is a phenomenal worker and human, I think his name is Peter. Believe me when I say you will be so satisfied with your experience at The watermark that you will never want to leave. I hope I didn't leave anyone out because everyone of the people that keep this place pristine deserves a raise. Karen

AMAZING Community!

I have loved living in this community for the past couple years! The apartments themselves are beautiful. The amenities are great—especially the pool. We and our neighbors love that it stays open later than Memorial Day and that we can go to the hot tub year round! Their new dog park is SO nice (our pup really appreciates it). The location in Parker is also great—we love having easy access to the Cherry Creek Trail, being close to downtown, AND being able to walk to Target ?? They offer fun things to do with the entire community and that’s a great way to connect with our neighbors. I love the whole team that works here. Andrea and Marina are so helpful in the leasing office- they make you feel welcome and not just like another number. Peter is the reason the community has been kept cleaner than ever. The staff goes above and beyond. We love Watermark on Twenty Mile!

No return of deposit

The management claims to have sent our deposit check to the wrong address 2 times. Because the check was cashed by someone in Minnesota they claim they do not owe us our $356.02 deposit. Other than this complaint the apartment building is quite nice and we enjoyed the pool and amenities the short time we were there.

The Outdoor Community Ruins This Place

This place looks great online and showed just as well, but beware! Once we moved in we discovered this community had many issues. First, the trash situation is awful. They have one dumpster for the entire community and it's often so full that there are mounds of trash piled in front of it. And if this happens on a weekend, it sits there for a couple days smelling up that entire part of the community. I've seen rats running in and out of the pile, especially when there is snow and you can see all their footprints. Along with the trash issue, the residents with dogs rarely pick up their dog's poop. Management is constantly sending reminders, but to no avail. Secondly, the building numbers are very confusing. We've had many issues with friends having difficulty trying to find our place, deliveries arrive at the wrong door steps and good luck having the pizza or uber guy find you. The other main issue we had is the packs of children that run wild through the community. Don't get me wrong, I love kids and have four of my own, but there is a group of teenagers that leave trash everywhere they go, especially the pool area and a group of elementary school kids that scream when playing in the courtyard areas. We enjoy our apartment and the upgrades, but the community issues ruin Watermark on Twenty Mile.

Look no further..Watermark is AMAZING! We were one of the first families to move in (May of 2018). The staff here is First Class! Melissa, Seth, Brooke Chris and Lana..Thank You!!! Community Cares team..Thank you! We couldn’t have made a better choice! Watermark cares about their properties and their residents and it shows through their amenities, their professionalism and community events etc. We’re sad to be leaving to return to Ohio but if we ever decide to return to Colorado, Parker Watermark on Twenty Mile would be our first choice!
