Waterlynn at Concord

I love living here especially with children it feels extremely safe, maintained well and very quiet. I’ve renewed my lease for another year and plan to stay.

Samantha supported me through the entire process of moving here. She is so warm and helpful. Moving is challenging but the staff made it easier. I love my apartment!!! It’s like a home. Thank you all so much! Special thanks to Samantha!!!

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I just renewed my lease in August. The staff is kind and available, when needed. Maintenance is responsive and our property is nice. I enjoy the scenery from the third floor. It’s quiet and comfortable. As a senior person, I will have to be on a lower floor, soon. If I need it sooner than later, I will talk to the office. I grow a little garden in my balcony, it’s fun. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Our garbage valet is helpful. I like it here.

Still love the community. Aside from pet owners not cleaning up behind there pets, and dogs off leash it has been a dream. We have service animals and it has been a challenge to make them comfortable but they are adjusting well. Community is still good and quiet aside from a pop up mechanic shop here and there. Management does amazing with complaints. Would like more cameras and a number for after hour noise etc complaints. Great grounds keeping.

The staff is Amazing! They helped me from filling out the application to signing the lease. I love the fact that you can rent the clubhouse for events and it’s 24 hours access. Overall I’m pleased with my move/new home!

The leasing office staff are the best! They take the time to listen, to help, and to guide you through the process. They work well together and you can tell they actually like working together! I feel comfortable calling with a concern or if something needs to be fixed because I know they’ll take care of it right away. My apartment is beautiful and the grounds and amenities are well-maintained. Lorrie and Raven….you ladies are the greatest! Thank you for creating an environment where residents can feel comfortable and appreciated.

move in made so easy! unit was in pretty good condition minus a leak but that was taken care of in a timely manner! The unit looks just like the model did for the tour!

This is my first apartment and i absolutely love this complex. Very nice community and my home is very spacious. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something nice and affordable.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I absolutely love it! The environment is peaceful and quiet, which makes it perfect for relaxing or working from home. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the whole community feels welcoming. It’s been a great experience so far, and I’m really happy with my decision to move here.

I have loved my experience thus far with Waterlynn. The staff is nice. I have had some not so pleasing experiences with a neighbor above me that the apartment did not do anything about. Otherwise everything has been okay! I wish the neighborhood would have more community events

Pool is good right now and everything is maintained pretty well. I wish there was more community events and things for the residents though, that would be nice.

While the interiors of the apartments are clean, updated, and reflect a strong commitment to quality living, the exterior conditions are alarmingly inconsistent with that standard. The grounds and shared areas are visibly neglected and require urgent attention. There are large mud patches, piles of debris, and overgrown trees obstructing walkways and entryways. These issues are not just unsightly—they pose real safety hazards. There is no visible routine landscaping, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning taking place. For a community of this stature, such conditions are disappointing and unacceptable. To maintain the value, safety, and appeal of the property, it is imperative that a dedicated maintenance team be assigned to regularly care for the grounds and exterior structures. The outside environment should reflect the same quality and care that residents experience inside their homes. A clean, well-maintained, and safe community is not only reasonable to expect—it is essential.

Everything is good, the maintence team has been great at keeping everything clean and nice for everybody. The pool is usually pretty clean also.

Very nice and caring staff! Quiet environment in a pet friendly area! I’ve met some nice neighbors and I really enjoyed the convenience of amenities right here in the complex.

Our community complex is looking so bad due to junk that is on the residents balcony, The management team needs to address to the residents about trash being keep on the residents back balcony of the complex, it make the apartments complex looks nasty. Also address about the slamming of the doors. Working on the cars in the parking lot, some vehicles are parked in parking spaces for over two months which is taking up parking space for other residents and there guest, the grounds are not being kept up with the trimming of the trees, It can look like luxury apartments it the management team do there part of maintaining the grounds. Some of the blinds are torn. And need to be replaced. I can say that the complex is a quiet place to live, but it can look a whole lot better. If the grounds are keep up. My time here has been okay overall. The amenities here are nice. The staff is great shout out to Andrew who is very nice and efficient. I put 4 stars because I do feel that the apartment itself could use some updating.

I have been fortunate enough to reside in a community that feels just like that. My neighbors are pleasant, the staff is helpful, and I feel safe here. That is the most important thing to me- safety.

Can't wait to renew great staff. Also the grounds stay very clean and up kept as well as the events each month. Looking forward to another year here

One upon a time I had the optimism that I would be this kind of reviewer. It got old fast. And I know someone somewhere is reading this wondering why some reviewers give them feedback that means nothing to them for future actions, this is why. I give my most helpful feedback to people who clearly put their best foot forward on the task.

Andrew was so helpful and even Raven the property manager when needed. This was a very welcoming staff and made it that much easier to choose this complex!

It when from a 5 start to a 3 when I got a fine for leaving the trash pale out the nights that aren't any pickups, that I think is stupid and unheard of.

Waterlynn has great facilities, timely maintenance, and welcome staff that are always available to help or answer your questions. The grounds are always kept up and looking nice.

The overall place is nice to be living in. There is a good community, maintenance people keeping everything maintained and making sure that it is comfortable and liveable for the other tenants.

the complex is beautiful and i love being able to see the sunset from my balcony. move in went smooth, having trash valet is an awesome perk. walls are thin so you can hear your upstairs people walking around if they have heavy feet, but that’s common in an apartment space.

My experience so far at waterlynn has been amazing the neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly and quiet. I’m looking forward to see how this is going to i only been here for a few days but so far so good.

Andrew and Raven did an awesome job with my move in they were very polite and anything I need there on it! I also love the things that they do for the community.

Our move in process was very quick,easy and helpful.Any questions I had my resident manager Raven helped us immediately.We were in contact with her and about any questions or covers we may have and all was taking care of .This was a great move in process .

Great place to stay. For starters Derrick the maintenance man is on time every time. Property is well kept. Small issues where handled in a timely manner and the maintenance team aka Derrick is amazing

The overall staff is amazing. Derrick, the maintenance man, is amazing! I’ve never have had people care about my well being so much. Such great experiences from day one. Great people and a great place.

Looking for an apartment, trying to get a few answers to some basic questions. I called on Thursday at 10:40am and left a voicemail message. Here it is Friday at 2:40pm and still no return call. It’s usually after they sign you up that you get no response. Hard to imagine how you run a business without getting back to prospective tenants.

Amazing. The staff was so helpful with all my questions. The apartment itself is also super nice and clean. Never felt so good moving into an apartment

The complex is Improving, Thanks to the New Management team, I wish they would do a little better with the ground keepers. The bushes are high that you can’t enjoy looking out your back door or window because of the bushes not being trim, I have to ask my husband will he go out and trim the bushes down so I can enjoy the scenery around the complex,

I had a great experience!! Raven and Andrew were awesome!!! I love my apartment! I love the fact that they give back to the community. The day I toured they were having a pool party with catered food!

Still enjoying the stay here. Nothing negative to say. Glad they fixed up the dog park my dogs love it. Just beware of some black snakes hanging around there but you can't control that. Other then that everything is great and comfortable

Really well. Which is greatly appreciated. Everyone in the leasing office were kind and informative. The pool is not far from my building, is a huge plus.

Community hit a low due to slow or no maintaince, trash, and type of residents that began to lease. This year it has improved greatly with new management, courtesy officer and maintenance staff. Pool is kept clean but closes early, and it is often closed for days due to trespassers violating the rules, inadvertently punishing the rent paying residents. Its ok, if you dont actually live here or want to enjoy it. Nice gym and recreational room. Friendly staff that responds quickly. For the most part it's back to being a nice place to live.

Move in process was smooth and quick. Everyone is nice and made the move in process so easy. The apartments are laid back and in the cut away from traffic and that’s what I like the most.

The amenities that we pay for all year long have been taken away from the community for the past 3 years. Although this year they were under new management, the same issues have still arose. The main concern of living here is when summer comes, don’t plan for a pool to be available. Management has failed the pool inspection twice this year alone, making the residents miss out on more than a month of using the pool. Management has also said they have put cameras up and has hired security to help maintain pool rules, but I have failed to see security. Along with management NOT identifying the people who are causing issues, they punish the entire community by shutting down the pool. It’s not fair the entire community gets punished for residents not behaving. They should be punished and banned and not have others suffer for other peoples bad decision. Lack of management doing their jobs is a major issue.

I been living here now going on 5 years and have enjoyed it they are a lot of nice people out here they have a lot of good things here like the pool game room looking for a new year coming

This place has really went down to the dumps the Management team is terrible, you have your up stairs residents who stomp when they walk slamming cabinets, and doors, you can’t even enjoy your home. The residents are playing loud music in the parking lot, the kids, are riding their bikes in the breeze way. The bushes, are not being trimmed, only in the front part of the building, the swimming pool is not inspected, couldn’t swim for the Memorial Day weekend, You address these concerns and issues to the management team. And they won’t even send out letters to the residents about the problem that are happening in the complex, you have the management team parking in the handicap area and don’t even have a handicap sticker, went to pay rent and couldn’t get out my vehicle to pay and talk to the manager because the management team were parked in the handicap parking spot. It’s only one handicap parking sign in front of the leasing office,

Everything is still the same. I am very excited for the pool to open and I hope it opens up soon. I enjoyed the plant plus that the leasing office coordinated to bring to the parking lot.

From the start everyone and everything is amazing. Love the property and how great the staff is they answered all my questions and made me feel at home from the start

The apartment is in prime location near by to grocery, theaters and good shopping locations. The office staffs are very helpful and attentive

I love the community location and the office staff are great. I do wish my neighbors above me were more considerate and repairs were done in a more timely manner.

I really enjoy the community, the office personnel that ive come in contact with are awesome, and the beautiful views from my patio. Especially in the summer time.
