I’m a returning resident and this is probably one of the best places I’ve lived in Columbus. It’s very comfortable and they have great pest control which is very important considering there’s a lot of trees on the property. I also really like the office staff!

Walden is a great lovely place to stay. The courtesy officer has been a good help with the break- ins. It’s been quiet and no problems especially since the new management. I feel safe leaving at 330 am heading out to work,or walking my dog. I especially feel good bout my wife being safe leaving and I’m not there. Them ladies in the front office are the best! Has great potential. Amazing around. Have to utilize the space better and make the walking trail better or bigger. And have people slow down I’ve almost been hit at least 5 times and we moved in February.

I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place where the staff treat you like friends and the rates are great compared to other complexes nearby. My fiancee and I have lived here for almost a year and a half and have loved every bit of it.

My fiancé and I love Walden pond! Upon move in our apartment was very clean and the move in process was so easy. The office staff are the best, they are so nice and always ask about our dog when we go up to the office. Not only are the apartments clean but the landscaping is amazing and is always kept up with. We love it here!

My apartment is roach infested and they claim they do pest control, I have cameras throughout my apartment and no one has sprayed since I been here. The paint on my walls are coming off, my windows are not properly sealed so it is always cold in here. On top of that they dont return your calls and always out of office.

This is the place you would want to bring your family, friends and raise your kids! They have a dog park! Although I don’t have any pets, but my apartment is literally in front of the park! Which I love because I have 2 small kids that love outside so it’s perfect! You won’t regret it and maintenance is exceptional and the office hold your packages for you. Just perfect!

Walden pond is a great place to live. The sense of community and tranquility cant be beat. Me and my wife love the pond and dog park.

Walden Pond Apartments is one of the best places for my first time apartment. The staff are very kind and understanding. Mariah has been a thrill to work with on setting and getting everything together for us to move in. The office staff are awful. Never answers the phone. You will NEVER see the manager. She speaks through her assistant which is annoying. Doesn't matter if your a good tenant or not, so might as well party and live it up cause they wont do anything. Maybe have the assistant write a poorly worded letter

Moving here was one of the best decisions Ive made, home wise (my roomie and I have been here for about 9 months). The staff is amazing and they really listened to my needs and concerns during the touring and moving in process. Overall, we love it here!

I am a new resident but I can tell I am going to love it here. The community is very nice and the staff is even better!
It was really great working with the staff to get an apartment. They did an awesome job. They were so sweet and understanding. The apartment Im living in now its beautiful and the perfect size.
We have been living at Walden Pond for about 6 months now, and we absolutely love it. The pond and walking trail provide a really nice, calm environment. The maintenance staff is wonderful, and are always quick to respond to issues. The stars of the show really are the women at the leasing office! They are so kind and always put on such wonderful events that are COVID-friendly and still so much fun. 10/10 would recommend living here.

I love the neighborhood is so quite and feels very peaceful, the only main thing that really bothers my husband and I is that it smells like extreme cigarettes.

I've lived here for my full 2 years in Columbus, and have recommended 2 of my co-workers to live here as well! It's a great apartment for what you pay; very spacious (especially now that I'm researching apartments in my new city - wow). I've hardly had any trouble finding parking near my personal complex. There's a pool on-site, fairly new washers and dryers in the clubhouse, and a nice walking trail. The best part of the complex is definitely the staff, however. I've enjoyed my apartment, but I've always been greeted by a smiling face in the leasing office. Not to mention, Walden Pond is located in a good part of town, near Columbus Park Crossing (AKA - any shop/restaurant you may want/need). It was great for me - a single woman in her 20s - starting off my career!
Coming from the worst apartment experience I could ever think to exist, this is a huge upgrade and I am extremely happy. The neighbors seem really friendly, it's a beautiful area, and the neighborhood is safe and close to anything I could need. It's nice and quiet, and I have to worry about is if the upstairs neighbor is heavy footed. Happy so far and hopeful for a pleasant year.
This is the first time I've ever lived on my own and these apartments were the best option. They're safe, in a good area, close to shopping areas, and have a nice set of amenities. The only trouble I had was at the main office. They were very slow in processing paperwork and getting back to me when they needed something. Other than that, I recommend this place for college students, small families, and those who are looking to live on their own for the first time.
