I give VYV a score of "10" for so many reasons but mostly because the staff (concierge, management, maintenance, leasing) puts the tenant first. Any issues are addressed immediately, which is so comforting. Amenities are great, the area is clean and safe - I love living here!
Facilities is new and great but still the service and amenities ( I did noticed that some equipment in gym were broken for a while.) have rooms to improve.
Very happy with VYV. They take care of everything for you. It is very convenient living here.

At last a peaceful place to call home without constant harassment from management or uneasy feelings from people around you that were lashing out thus creating a hostile environment to live in.

I talked to three different agents in the south tower leasing office before and I usually have to call three to four times before anyone pick up the phone. The agent I'm trying to reach is always away and whoever answer the phone always suggest you to leave a message, which non of the agents would ever return the call. I was so pissed by how irresponsible and unfriendly the agents are
As a previous architect, my experience of living at VYV can only be described as perfect. The exterior design and interior design of the VYV building have the best quality among all Newport residential buildings. The construction quality is good even if you zoom in and check all corners of your apartment. Amenities are really luxury, the art decorations and furniture are select carefully. With the double height on the amenity floor, there's nothing you can do but to enjoy and marvel. The proximity to Shoprite, BJ's, and the Newport mall is a great plus. You are in one of the quietest neighborhood in Newport area. The leasing team is very professional and nice, especially Nibin, Cynthia and James. They will provide you with the best guidance and the entire leasing process was streamlined. Will definitely come back if there are suitable availabilities. And for sure a 5-star.

Had a horrible experience with VYV. Very unprofessional and bad leasing office. Nobody really cares us after we signed the lease and paid the deposit. 1.The payment in the welcome letter/lease was not same as the payment in our account. 2.When we went to our pre-moving tour, our apartment was still dirty. Finally We canceled our lease before we move in. Don’t waste your money, stay away from VYV...

VYV just opened in September and after looking at all of the buildings in town I rented here. The quality seems to be a step above everyone else and management is super responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
