Fundamentally the Voyager at Space Center units are pretty good in terms of layout and interior quality. They aren't luxury apartments though, any more than a restaurant that tags its sign with 'fine dining' is actually fine dining. There are a lot of broader building challenges - the walls and especially ceilings are thin, noise can be a huge problem depending on your neighbors. Pet waste in the halls is an issue. Elevators are the reason I moved in originally, and it turns out those can be down for months at a time - the building layout can be real horrible when they're down if you're not by a stairwell. There have been a litany of property management companies come through so paperwork gets lost, rules are intermittently enforced, and new fees appear at random. They'll charge you ~$125 for cleaning and repair when moving out, pretty much guaranteed (I went out of my way to do it myself, didn't matter).
Horrible management and company. Auto drafted what the system told me to auto draft and received an eviction notice as the amount was not correct giving me 3 days to leave . What company treats tenants that way. All they needed to do is call me and tell me that the auto draft was not correct and did not include other charges. They clearly do not care about tenants and retaining customers. If you want to be treated like this come to the voyager at space center.

This apartment is under new management. Since taking over they have increased rents, increased monthly fees and stopped all grounds maitenance. If you don't trust me tour their grounds, especially the reflection pond area, total disaster, before signing a contract. Also, read your contract very carefully, they will use every word in it to collect more money from you, even when you try to leave. This place has a nice exterier, but don't be fooled, you will regret it...

Poor and unresponsive management. I definitely do not intend to resign my lease. They keep raising the rent and adding extra fees but can’t offer any explanation as to what these fees are going to. Gym equipment is falling apart, break-ins are frequent, security is lacking.

EXPPM jacked up rent $350 when they bought in January and have only made things worse. The 741 sqft floorplans have gone up $70 in the past two months. On the first month of ownership, they posted utilities on the 13th of the month, and then tried to charge everyone late fees, going so far as to post notes with a handwritten "2nd notice" warning on the same day. I don't know a single resident who is planning to re-sign. Just had a break-in last month, and they listed the unit almost immediately on here. Scummy company, please look elsewhere.
They are very quick to fix things that are broken. Or they call to tell you they have to order the parts.

I am very pleased with the apartment overall. The condition is excellent and the few things that were noted on my move in form were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Communication and the use of tech as an interface is top notch. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. I love living here. The physical plant is appealing, but the staff are the ones that keep it looking beautiful and and functional. Great place and very attentive. A few issues with noise from upstairs neighbor, as it is easy to hear loud thumping from them walking around daily, but outside of that everything has been great!

The Voyager at Space Center is a great place to live. I am a 21 y/o female who is just beginning her professional career, and I wanted something that was nice, affordable, and overall SAFE. I wanted somewhere with a parking garage, key fob entry, and that felt secure to walk around in at night. This place checked all my boxes. Kayllista and Sydney in the front office were so helpful with my move in. Everything went smoothly, and I was moved in in no time. The only con I have experienced so far was that upon move in, there were a bunch of small roaches that were in my unit. I quickly called the office and they sent pest control out to my unit to spray. It has been about 2 weeks since then, and I barely have any issues with the roachces anymore. I believe the roaches were there because of the resident in my unit before me (gross) but since I am clean and dont leave food out, they are going away. The office was very timely and helpful in contacting pest control, and also fixing any other maintenance issues I had upon move in. I am grateful to have found this place, and am very happy with my decision to live at the Voyager!!!

From the very first phone call I made to voyager to inquire about availabilities I was treated with respect and kindness, I didnt feel like I was a bother to them. After I saw the apartments I was immediately sold and even through I called a dozen times while filling out the application I was always treated like it was my first call and that I was not a burden.

The voyager at space center apartments are very nice, clean, well-managed and have a very nice parking garage. Security is a high priority here and the residents here are friendly and help maintain the common areas. We have a view of the pool and its very pretty. There are some nice accommodations like trash pickup at the door, a trash chute for extra trash, and a nice exercise room. Its quiet and comfortable.

Office team is usually nice/professional and maintenance for inside the apartments are done in a timely manner. I also like the flexibility in the monthly leasing terms you can usually pick from - which is a huge plus and hope they continue that way. Downsides are that the apartment complex does not have a luxe feeling as it is advertise and are due a renovation, which also means that rent is too high given that these are not luxe apartments. Also, there is constant issues with the elevators. If elevators are finally fixed, as well as either lowering prices to reflect the lack of luxe apartment condition or making renovations to improve appearance and then keeping prices as is then it could have a good long term living potential. But as right now is not quite there yet, especially for the high price.

We are very happy here. The staff is very dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents. They make it feel like a community by having activities as well as maintaining a very beautiful environment. Its a very nice and clean place. The location is great. Whats not to like?

I love the Voyager at Space Center apartments. The office management has been great with any request I have had. I have been here almost 6 months and have never heard any noises from anyone, it is very quiet and safe.

Pretty well kept up to date and the valet trash and parcel pending services are nice to have. It's in a pretty solid location and is close to almost everything that you need and there is a flyway that takes you to everything else, which helps bypass a good amount of traffic. However the first floor and elevator shaft have a funky smell that I imagine is due to previous flooding.

Everything is very nice. Hopefully you dont get a bad toilet situation. Weve been dealing with ours for 2 weeks and weve only been here for 3.
