Also known as Cherrywood, Upper Boggy Creek is located in northeast Austin, adjacent to the University of Texas at Austin and directly east of Central Austin. Upper Boggy Creek is a wooded, private community with an abundance of ranch-style homes along quiet streets. It is a family-friendly neighborhood with good schools and plenty of parks. Upper Boggy Creek extends from Manor Road north to Airport Boulevard.
Just outside the neighborhood off Airport Boulevard, Mueller Lake Park provides a scenic lake with a fountain, an amphitheater, and a loop trail. Across from Mueller Lake Park and within Upper Boggy Creek, Patterson Neighborhood Park has a tennis center, a playground, a skate park, and a pool. Other parks include Willowbrook Reach and Cherrywood Pocket Park. Great maintenance and service
I lived at Volume 5 for 2 years and then Volume 3 for 6 months. I had a great experience with them throughout. The buildings are older but kept in good condition, and every time I made a work order the maintenance staff came within a day and solved my issues as much as possible pretty much immediately. In one case there was an issue with the central AC that took a while to fix but they provided good window units to replace it the whole time. I also had great interactions with the desk staff, and any time I had something on my bill that seemed wrong or unfair, they removed it immediately. A great value in Austin IMO.
