Property Ratings at Volara Apartments
Moved in 3 days ago! The apartments are trash literally! Trash is all over the apartment complex! They have boards on the windows and most people have window units! The air does not work ! It's infested with roaches! And it's a wild pack of pit bulls that roam the complex freely.
These apartments are horrid. Countless days of no gas, a whole season with no AC or heat, appliances don’t get fixed for about a month and gunshots every weekend. Honestly living in a tent would be better than these disgusting apartments. It’s unacceptable! People pay too much money to be living like they are homeless. Can’t cook or take a shower this weekend? Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE! I didn’t want to give one star but there was no option for zero stars.
Property is disgusting. Trash everywhere. Bullet holes in the walls. Pot holes in the road big enough to loose a Cadillac in them. Neighbors walking around yelling about a rat infestation. Does not offer a carbon monoxide monitor for their residents. Spectrum Internet/ cable services LAUGHED when I asked for services because they don’t service the area. DSL is the only option. Found dead roaches all over the apartment. Their remodel is new light switches and floors but everything else is gross. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this apartment a negative 5. The gunshots on a Tuesday night at 9pm weren’t very welcoming either. Also our apartments oven was broken upon moving in and the fridge as well. The fridge we are expected to use doesn’t even have a shelf stable enough to hold eggs. Don’t believe the online pictures, it’s so misleading. Getting out of here as soon as possible.
Mom said if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all but you know what today’s a different day mom‘s not here besides the sewer problems and mice I frequently find and garbage everywhere they had the nerve to go up on my rent

Although the property is nice, they were unprofessional. They told you bit by bit and they don’t refund deposits, you use somebody else money to pay for your property. And their renters fee for first time movers is way to much go elsewhere !

I did a online tour because of covid. The pictures are not what you will see in person. Management is horrible and communication is terrible. Apartment had so many problems with it, safety problems, and lied on the lease about drugs and alcohol.

We appreciate you reaching out. The Volara is a renovated property that is still undergoing changes. The unit's price depends on whether or not it is a renovated unit. Your leasing agent should have explained which unit you were viewing and whether or not it was renovated. We are working on renovating all units, but please understand that renovation may take longer due to the fact the property is occupied with tenants.
Management is horrible, apartments are disgusting and roach infested. Lots of crime in the area and people hanging out late at night. Do not believe the pictures you see, this is not what it actually looks like.

I've been here since March and ive dealt with the following Rats -roaches- constant noise-unavalaible and unreliable staff and maintenance-Trash overflowing- limited parking space-kids running rampant DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

First off I have to say I love my new apartment I just been here 2weeks now in everything is perfect my apartment was brand new from the floor to the toilet I love it it have cameras in every unit stair way onsite police and melissa is a an angle sent from heaven her presence and everything she is the true diffention of beauty inside in out if you looking for an apartment ask for melissa.??
Everything so far has been great. From the tour,to the application and I’m heading to move in soon !!! Will update you guys soon. They added a outside grill for entertainment I can’t wait.
I was greeted with so much warmth and friendliness by Mrs. Melissa she made me feel welcome she went over everything with so much pations she didn’t rush you I’m so glad to have meet Mrs. Melissa she reached out to me by phone and text she kept me informed
First time moving into apartments and I got so much help from Melissa, she walked me through everything I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable where I was going to stay at. I thank her and Volara !

I've been staying here 3,going on 4 years and all past owners were terrible this new owners are fixing everything and Ms Melissa and ms.judy are the best.they help with anything and get problem s handled.come on over and ask for ms.melissa Thank u volara u guys are great.. current residents Marcell,Joseph,Angelina
They DO NOT look nothing like in tbe pictures a few neighbors told ne they have ROACHES , RATS also that there work orders never goes thru nobody comes out to fix whats nessesary along with RUDE SERVICE FROM THE FRONT DESK LADYS. .
I called around 4:50pm I spoke to the ladies in the office they couldn't give me any information about the apartments and just decided to hang up on me. I called back at 4:55pm about 3 or 4 times and they didn't answer my calls.
